Surprised by the strong effect this beautiful piece of music had in my body. I intended to do a morning stretching routine but felt compelled to just lying on my back in one yoga position.... lost track of time, warmth building up in my pelvis and lower back feeling balance being restored in that region. A deep sense of wellbeing and relaxation started to engulf me and that was my 'workout' for today.
Won't mind if you make a really long version of this Raven🎶

What a lovely piece of music Jim! Very calming and very soothing. I could picture myself in a train looking out the window passing through the most amazing scenery. Just lovely! 😍🙏🌱🌍
