Bethlehem is a beautiful, minimalist track using piano and duduk (an ancient double reed woodwind flute). The track deeply meditative and peaceful. This was my first ever upload to InsightTImer. I sincerely hope you like it.

Peaceful, Beautiful and Gentle. I'd been running around all day, trying to catch my mind, who sometimes acts like a 2 year old, and I caught her while closing my eyes and listening to this. If you think it's too short, just repeat....Thank you! ;-)
