Love is the presence of source.

Love is all.

Love is you.

Love is freedom,

Joy,

Expansion.

Love is giving and receiving with kindness no matter what.

Love is you cannot define it.

Instead you can feel it as love is a feeling to feel,

Not a word to define.

Let's continue feeling this love with a simple meditation.

Breathing in love,

Breathing out love.

Maybe that sounds simple and maybe it doesn't.

The breath is our lifeline in the physical body.

When we breathe deeply and tune into the present moment,

We can take our awareness away from everything else that is going on outside of this moment.

Lengthening your inhalations,

Lengthening the exhalations,

And focusing your attention on your breath directly connects you back to your source,

Which is literally the air that we breathe.

The magic of the air we breathe through our mouth or nose and then into our lungs goes into every cell of our body,

All 50 trillion of them,

Through a process called diffusion.

I ask that you breathe in love and breathe out love.

I'm going to add peace to this meditation and I will guide you for a few moments.

Let's harness this energy of love,

The highest state of consciousness,

A feeling of infinite peace and oneness.

With our breath,

We diffuse this love from our consciousness and our hearts out to the earth and all of humanity.

Breathe in peace,

Breathe out love.

Please put attention on the breath.

With each breath that you take,

Imagine that you are breathing into yourself peacefulness.

Wherever you think you can get it from,

Breathe it into yourself.

Maybe from the night sky with the stars.

Maybe a beach.

Maybe from the stillness of the air.

Or the mountains in the distance.

Or just from your breath.

Breathe it into yourself.

Let it settle within.

Let it fill you.

And on your out breath,

Think that you are breathing out love from your heart.

Warm,

Embracing acceptance and care.

And let that warm embrace of love that you are breathing out surround you in an embrace.

Now breathe that love and peace that is within you.

Breathe it out to the person next to you.

Or around you.

Or somewhere.

Give it as a gift through breath that is life.

And that connects us all.

Because we are breathing the same air.

And now breathe that love and peace within you.

Breathe it out to everyone in the country.

Let everyone be a part of your breath containing love and peace.

Fill everyone and embrace everyone.

They too are connected through breath.

Through air.

No discrimination is needed.

We are all part of the whole.

And let that part of you that is love and peace come out and fill your family.

And embrace them with it.

Now breathe out love and peace to all of your friends.

Let them rise before your mind's eye.

Let each one share what you have.

Think of anyone whom you don't agree with.

And breathe out love and peace to that person.

He or she shares the same air.

The same earth.

Now let your breath carry love and peace.

To all people.

Let your breath carry your love and peace to each one of them.

Letting them share in the best that we can give them.

As far as the strength and the power of your love and your peacefulness will reach.

And now let your breath carry love and peace to the earth.

All trees,

Plants,

Flowers,

Rocks,

Animals.

All beings.

Allowing peace and love to surround and fill all of the earth and all living life.

And put your attention back onto yourself.

Breathe in peace with each breath and fill yourself with peacefulness.

Breathe out love with each out breath.

With love and acceptance and care.

And the lovely feeling of being totally protected.

Continue to do this with each in breath and each out breath.

Filling yourself with love and peacefulness.

Breathing out with love and acceptance and care.

And feeling totally protected.

Love and acceptance.

May all beings have love and peace in their hearts.
