Hi,
Welcome to your practice.
Today,
We'll be doing an affirmation practice called Knowing You Are Guided.
It's a practice I've adopted and adapted from Abraham Hicks that's super simple to do and helps get you to a place of easeful surrender.
While outside or facing a window,
Look upward or outward and acknowledge that there are universal forces focused right at you.
Call it by name and say,
I acknowledge that I am the object of your positive attention,
And I'm appreciating your continual gaze on my behalf of my well-being.
And today,
No matter where I am,
Where I'm going,
Or what I'm doing,
Or who I'm doing it with,
I'll be in conscious awareness that you too are there with me.
Appreciating me,
Supporting me,
Assisting me,
Acknowledging me,
Inspiring me,
Guiding me,
Having fun with me,
Acknowledging me,
Supporting me,
Assisting me,
Inspiring me,
Helping me,
Guiding me,
Aware of me,
Loving me,
Showing me,
Uplifting me.
Repeat this.
Get into an endless loop and watch what begins to happen in your life.
You're just going to surrender to the positive,
Uplifting,
Benevolent forces that are supporting you every single step of the way.
Here's my personal example.
God,
Heavenly Father and Mother God,
Infinite Wise Holy Spirit,
Jesus the Christ,
And of course,
My healed,
Benevolent,
And elevated ancestors.
I acknowledge that I am the object of your positive attention,
And I'm appreciating your continual gaze on behalf of my well-being.
And today,
No matter where I am,
Where I'm going,
Or what I'm doing,
Or who I'm doing it with,
I will be in conscious awareness that you too,
God,
Are there with me.
Appreciating me,
Supporting me,
Assisting me,
Acknowledging me,
Inspiring me,
Guiding me,
Having fun with me,
Acknowledging me,
Supporting me,
Assisting me,
Inspiring me,
Helping me,
Leading me,
Ordering my steps,
Protecting me,
Redirecting me,
Showing me,
Uplifting me,
Providing for me,
Loving me.
Thank you,
God,
For your continued protection.
Thank you that I am divinely protected and guided.
Amen.
Thanks for spending this mindful moment with me.
Remember,
It's the small intentional steps that carry us closer to the divine in daily life.
