Welcome.
Please find a comfortable position,
Lying down,
With your palms gently placed upon your body,
Possibly one placed on your chest over your heart space and one placed on your lower abdomen.
Taking a moment to reconnect with our breath,
Focusing on the movement within our body with each in breath and the way our body relaxes with every out breath.
Slowly paying attention to the sensations within your body.
Sensations,
Maybe you can feel the wind against your skin or the air,
Maybe you can feel the softness of whatever you are laying on.
How does it feel against your skin?
And now moving our focus to how our body feels internally.
How does it feel in your chest?
Is your heart racing,
Slowing?
You feeling anxious?
Pay attention to what emotion or feeling is coming through for you in this moment.
And now we're going to take five deep breaths.
Breathing in,
Hold for two and outwards.
And with every in breath,
I want you to be breathing in.
And as you breathe in,
I want you to think of all of the things you're welcoming into your body.
Maybe it's love,
Maybe it's appreciation,
Maybe it's respect,
Maybe acceptance.
And with every out breath,
Focusing on releasing all of the blockages that no longer serve you.
Maybe it's judgment,
Maybe it's fear,
Maybe it's shame.
When you think of intimacy,
Pay attention to how your body responds when you think of this word.
Is it empowering?
Is it frightening?
Does it make you vulnerable?
And I want you to think about how you want to feel when it comes to connecting with yourself and your body and how amazing it would feel to welcome all of your body,
All of the sensations,
All of the emotions,
All of the feeling,
All of the pleasure.
And with each in breath,
I want you to focus on inviting those parts of you in,
On inviting the parts of you that maybe make you feel vulnerable.
I want you to invite them in.
And with every out breath,
I want you to push out any negativity that may come through.
Focusing only on pleasure,
Joy,
Honesty.
How does that feel in your body?
And now I'm going to take you on a journey,
A journey inward.
I would like for you to imagine that you are walking through a beautiful field,
Some flowers,
And you can see them,
Different colors,
Purple,
Yellow,
Pink.
You're walking through this field with your hands down and out by your side and your fingers are gently scraping the surface of these flowers as you walk.
Your heart is open and expanding.
And as you're walking,
You notice a tree and you're feeling really drawn to this tree.
So you make your way over and you notice there's a mirror on this tree and it goes the whole length of the tree,
All the way up as far as you can see.
You notice you're standing there and you're naked and you look at your body and all of the feelings that you're feeling are so warm and loving and fuzzy on the inside.
And you're so proud of the person staring back at you.
You're admiring how strong and powerful you are.
You love what you see in the reflection.
You start swaying from side to side and dancing so soulfully.
You're smiling ear to ear and you're happy.
Even let out a little giggle.
You can feel your hair against your neck as you're dancing and frolicking naked in the field,
Surrounded by flowers.
There's no shame.
There's no fear.
There's no guilt,
Only pure joy and happiness radiating from inside of you.
It feels amazing.
There is so much pleasure.
You have never felt so empowered before.
You stop dancing and you look back in the mirror and you tell yourself how much you love yourself and how much you're grateful and thankful for this body that you have.
You absorb,
As you breathe in,
You absorb all of this joy,
All of this pleasure,
All of this worthiness,
Inhaling it in and capturing it within you.
All of this love and as you wander back away from the field,
You're smiling ear to ear,
Frolicking in the flowers.
As you make your way back into your body,
You can start to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Move your head from side to side as you slowly begin to open your eyes.
