Allow yourself to arrive.

Giving yourself permission to forget the to-do lists,

To forget the jobs,

The tasks,

The issues.

This time is just for you.

Begin to slow down the breath.

Planning to take deeper inhales and longer exhales than you have so far today.

Feeling your lungs expand as you breathe in and deflate as you slowly breathe out.

Feeling your body with nourishment,

With life.

And bringing your attention to that little space between the eyebrows.

The third eye.

Can you soften this space a little more?

And as you soften the space between the eyebrows,

Let that softness begin to melt into the fourth head.

The crown of the head.

These sockets of the eyes go soft.

The cheekbones.

The curves of the nostrils.

The palate of the mouth.

The tongue.

The root of the tongue.

The curves of the lips.

Feel the jaw unclench.

The chin is soft.

This softness begins to melt into the throat,

The neck.

Relaxation trickling down to the collarbones.

Across the tops of the shoulders.

To the chest,

The heart.

The back of the heart.

Allow the softness to cascade down the left arm.

Left wrist.

The palm of the left hand.

The back of the left hand.

The fingers.

Let the softness wash down the right arm.

The palm of the right hand.

The back of the right hand.

The fingers.

Softness melts down the ribs.

Feeling the torso get soft.

The back body melt.

The hip bones.

Feel all this softness pool in the hips.

Allow them to be heavy.

Feel all tension from the left thigh disappear.

The left kneecap.

The back of the knee.

Left shin.

The calf.

The ankle.

The foot.

The toes.

Feel the full weight of the left leg,

Heavy.

Completely soft.

Feeling all tension from the right thigh disappear.

The right knee.

The back of the knee.

The shin.

The calf.

The ankle.

Right foot.

And right toes.

Feeling the full weight of the right leg as it is completely released from all tension,

All stress.

Completely softness,

Heaviness.

Really feel the weight of your full body,

Vessel that your soul lives in.

Feel it melt into the earth below you.

You are free.

You are loved.

You spread love and light everywhere you go.

You are free.

You are loved.

You are free.
