Yourself to get comfortable.

Whether it be seated with a straight spine or laying down.

Do what feels good to you in this moment.

You are worthy of this time to heal and love yourself.

Take a deep breath,

Inhaling through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

One more time,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Now just focus on a normal breath.

Inhaling and exhaling through your nose.

Notice where the air enters and exits your nostrils.

Soften your face,

Soften your jaw.

Slightly part your lips.

Bring your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

Gaze internally at the space between your brows.

Keep breathing soft and slow.

Listen to my words.

Believe them to be your words.

Believe them to be true.

I am loved.

I am worthy of love.

I am safe.

I am safe to share my feelings.

I am safe to express how I feel and what I am going through.

I am loved.

I am worthy of love.

I am worthy of happiness.

I am worthy of success.

I am worthy of abundance.

I deserve to have good things in life.

I deserve to have a healthy and loving relationship.

I deserve to be happy.

I deserve to be healthy.

I am worthy of love.

I am at peace.

I think loving and happy thoughts.

I think highly of myself.

I give myself exactly the way it is.

I am healthy.

I take care of myself.
