This is a meditation to help you when you are feeling overwhelmed by everything you want to acheive and you are burning yourself out. I will take you on a guided journey to center you in the present moment. Then you will float on the ocean, as you allow all your stress to be absorbed by the water. Finally we will put all our wishes and dreams into the ocean, and rest in the knowing that whatever we want to experience will be assisted by other people who are composed 80% of this same water.
