Welcome to spending some time together.
Welcome yourself to this time that you are taking out of the busyness of your life.
Let's take a deep breath in and out.
Continue taking deep breaths in and exhaling as you listen to my voice.
I want to congratulate you on taking this time for yourself,
Of taking care of yourself,
Of putting a pause on your life for a little moment to ground yourself back into the present moment.
Listen to your breath,
Listen to your body,
Feel into your body,
Feel yourself being present right here and right now and begin to imagine yourself floating in an ocean.
You're floating on the water and you're feeling perfectly safe and all of your worries and all of your to-do lists,
Everything that you want to create,
Everything that you want to experience in your life,
Everything that you are striving towards is far far away right now.
It's waiting for you on the beach and you're out here floating on the vastness of the ocean.
Feel into the water.
Imagine how this water is supporting you.
Feel into the softness of the water.
Feel into how incredibly soft this water is as it supports you.
Remember this feeling.
Remember this feeling and remember that everything that is out there waiting for you is going to be facilitated by other people and other people are 80% water.
So as you float on this water feeling peaceful,
Feeling safe,
Feel yourself knowing that everything that you want is contained within this water.
Feel yourself focusing in what it is that you want and protect your wishes onto this water and then know that this water will make its way into every facet of our world.
The same water that you are lying on so safely,
So peacefully.
You're floating on this water with the same feeling of safety you had when you were in your mother's womb.
Now knowing that everything that you want is already contained in this water,
It's already yours.
You might have to do some actions in order to bring it closer but those actions will be done from a place of joy,
From a place of fun,
From a place of already knowing that it's yours and what you want wants you to.
Take another breath and allow any of the remaining stress that you feel in your body to just dissolve into the water.
Let the water absorb all of it.
Now feel yourself getting lighter and lighter and begin remembering the feeling that you found when you were little and you were unscathed.
Feel yourself feeling the lightness and the joy and the openness of fastness.
Feel yourself just living here today,
One present moment after another,
Just following your joy.
Knowing that you taking the time out to take care of yourself is your highest point of contribution.
Play this meditation every time you feel that you are getting lost,
That you are feeling overwhelmed,
Every time you feel confused,
Every time you feel that you should be doing more,
Every time you get in your head,
Play this again and come back to your center.
