Upon awakening, gently welcome all parts of your Being. Say Good Morning and invite your Mind, Body and Heart to join together and prepare for the day ahead with ease and grace. Ask your Mind to bring forth helpful ideas, your Heart to bring you joy and inspiration and your Body to feel healthy and aligned, to create a wonderful day ahead.

Good morning.

To help you wake up and prepare for your day,

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Notice how you feel and welcome your mind.

Say good morning to your mind and thank it for being here and being present.

And ask your mind if it can plan some interesting thoughts and ideas throughout the day that will help support you and allow you to move through your day with ease.

Thank your mind for everything that it does for you to keep you organized and on track,

For remembering and planning.

Thank your mind for everything it does with ease and grace.

Welcome your mind to this new day and invite your mind to support you with thoughts and ideas that will bring you enjoyment and inspiration and will allow your day to unfold easily and effortlessly.

Breathe in through the nose into the mind.

Allow your breath to soothe your mind and the ideas and thoughts in your mind so they come through easily and gracefully.

Welcome your mind to this new day.

Now breathe into the heart and say good morning to your heart and welcome your heart to a brand new day.

Thank your heart for being with you and supporting you,

Breathing you,

Giving you life force and energy.

Welcome your heart to a new day and invite your heart center to bring through inspiration,

Excitement,

Enjoyment and passion to all that you do today.

Welcome your mind to join you in an adventurous and happy day.

Breathe into the heart,

Breathe into the mind.

Ask them to work together,

The heart and the mind,

To be inspired with ideas that will support you throughout your day.

And now breathe into your body and say good morning to your body and thank it for being here and supporting you and carrying you through your days.

And ask the body to work with the heart and the mind to bring through inspired ideas and plans that the body can bring into the physical form and everything that you create throughout your day that will bring you happiness and joy and inspiration.

Say good morning to your mind,

Your body,

Your heart.

Thank them all for working together in harmony and balance.

Welcome them to a brand new day,

Supporting you and bringing you everything you need easily and gracefully and gently.

So you can all enjoy the experience of this new day.
