This meditation will help to soothe and relax the mind and body with a gentle focus on the in-breath and out-breath allowing a connection to the rhythm of the tides, the wind, the birds, and all living things. The mind will focus and be fully present, you will feel connected to the Earth and all creation.

Find a comfortable place where you can relax and close your eyes.

Loosen any tight clothing,

Sit or lie down and find a place where you can be comfortable and relaxed.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Just imagine that as you breathe,

You can also breathe at the same pace and the same rhythm as the ocean tides coming in and going out.

The waves come in and the waves roll out.

Just imagine as you breathe,

You are one with the breath of the oceans all across the world.

Imagine you can also breathe in with the wind as it rustles the leaves on the trees.

Breathe in like the wind and breathe out like the wind through the leaves in the trees.

Imagine with your next breath that you also can breathe in the same rhythm as all the birds in the trees.

You can align your breathing with all living things.

Maybe you have a pet.

Imagine if you can align your breathing with the rhythm and the breath of your pets.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Imagine that you can breathe in with the very heartbeat of the earth,

With all living things and align with the breath across the planet,

Connected by the heart and connected by the breath,

All life breathing together as one.

Breathing in with the tides and breathing out with the tides.

Breathing in with the wind and breathing out with the wind.

Breathing in with the birds and breathing out with the birds.

Breathing in with all the animals and breathing out with all the animals.

Breathing in with Mother Earth,

Breathing out with Mother Earth.

Breathing in with all the seasons and breathing out with all the seasons.

Imagine your rhythm of the breath is aligned and attuned with all living things.

Breathe in and breathe out and know that you are one with all of creation and that you are needed and loved.
