This meditation is to help you let your life flow with ease and stop forcing.
Please start in a seated position with palms facing up for receiving.
Close your eyes and settle into your body.
We are going to start with ten breaths.
First,
Make sure you release any tension you have in the body and clench your jaw and relax.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Two more.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Last one.
Inhale and exhale.
Side out.
Back to your normal breath.
If you haven't fallen asleep yet,
Let's take a look at something in your life that you are forcing.
Is there something or someone in your life that you keep forcing because it's what you want?
Life has a funny way of working itself out if we let go and trust the process.
What if you let go of the idea that it has to go your way?
What if you let go and there is something better on the other side waiting for you?
What if you are limiting yourself by forcing what you think is right for you?
Stop blocking what is meant for you and release the control of your life.
I want you to imagine something better.
What would that look like?
What would that feel like in your body?
Let's focus on the end goal of where you want to go but let the universe guide you on the journey to get there.
Visualize something bigger,
Something better,
Someone perfect for you.
Place your hands on your heart,
One on the heart,
One on the belly.
Say this to yourself,
I love you.
I am so proud of you.
I am open to receiving what is meant for me.
I am releasing what is not meant for me.
I trust you and I trust the process.
Please guide me to my highest self.
I know you will show me the way.
I am unlimited.
I am powerful.
I am magic.
I am limitless.
I am love.
I am momentum.
I am excited.
Take a big inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Two more.
Inhale and exhale.
Last one.
Inhale and exhale.
Hold on to that feeling,
That end goal.
Visualizing something bigger and better coming for you because it will.
