Hello and welcome to the heartbreak meditation.

This is to remind you of your self-worth and that you are worthy of a healthy relationship.

I highly recommend sitting in front of a mirror for this meditation but you don't have to.

We're going to begin in seated position with palms facing up,

Float your eyelids closed and settle into your body.

We want to start with ten breaths releasing any tension that you have in the body.

Unclench your jaw and relax into the earth.

Take a big inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale and exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Last one,

Inhale and exhale.

Back to your normal breath.

I would like you to place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly and you can open your eyes if you have a mirror in front of you if you would like to.

I want you to take a look at yourself in the mirror and repeat after me.

I love myself even if I'm alone.

I accept all of myself just as I am.

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself for whatever has led to this moment.

I might feel mad at myself for the mistakes that I made in my last relationship.

I forgive myself for all of those mistakes.

I haven't always been perfect but I accept myself as I am.

I am willing to let go of this fear and anxiety and sadness.

I know it is not serving me.

I choose to forgive myself today.

I am deserving of love.

I am worthy of a healthy relationship.

I am worthy of love.

I am worthy of being loved by the perfect person.

I choose to love and accept myself.

I choose to love and forgive myself.

I feel love inside.

I project love.

I attract love.

I deeply and completely love,

Forgive,

And accept myself.

I am attracting loving people.

I am attracting loving responses.

I am attracting loving behavior.

I am deserving of love.

I am worthy of love.

Take a big inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Two more inhale and exhale.

Last one inhale exhale.

I'd like you to say this to yourself.

I love you.

I am sorry for any mistakes that I made that may have caused harm or hurt you.

Please forgive me.

I learned from my mistakes and I want to forgive you.

I love you.

I want to create the best life for you.

I am ready to let go of the past and live in joy today.

I love you.

Say it again.

I love you and I am sorry.

I want to forgive myself.

Let's remember to be gentle with ourselves and the mistakes that we have made in our journey to forgive ourselves for those mistakes.

I love you all.

Namaste and have a blessed day.

Thank you all for listening.

I really appreciate it.
