Hello everyone!
Welcome.
In this meditation we are letting go of your past self and visualizing your highest self.
So let's start in a seated or comfortable position with your palms facing up for receiving and let's go ahead and float your eyes closed and settle into your body.
Releasing any tension that you have in the body and clench your jaw and relax into the earth.
We are going to start with ten breaths.
So let's take a big inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose And exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Two more inhale and exhale.
Last one inhale and sigh it out.
Exhale.
Good.
And back to your normal breath.
We are going to start by visualizing your future self.
I want you to imagine and visualize your highest self.
That person that has all their goals met or wherever you want to be in six months or a year or five years,
Ten years.
Who is that person?
What are you doing?
And who are you with?
What are you wearing?
Where are you located?
What are you proud of that you accomplished?
Now I want you to visualize that version of you.
And what does it feel like?
Are you happy?
Are you joyful?
Healthy?
Loved?
Peaceful?
Are you excited?
What does it feel like?
Whatever that feels like in your body,
I want you to hold on to it.
Feel the joy.
Feel the healthy.
Feel the love.
Whatever it might be.
Now what is different about that version of you and who you are today?
What would your future self tell you today?
What advice would that future self give you?
And what would your future self tell you to stop worrying about today?
What changes would your future self tell you to make right now in your life?
And what can you do to take steps towards living like your future self is living?
And what can you let go of today to create space to live like your future self is living?
I want you to take a big inhale through the nose.
Hold on to those feelings.
And exhale through the mouth.
Two more inhale.
And exhale.
Last one.
Inhale all those really good feelings into your body.
Inhale and exhale.
Good.
Now I want you to place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Let's begin by being gentle with ourselves.
Let's give ourselves compassion for where we are today.
Let's forgive ourselves for the mistakes we've made because they are in the past.
And we all make mistakes.
That's just part of life.
We live and we learn.
And now we are going to apologize to ourselves like we would apologize to a friend or a family member.
I want you to tell yourself,
I am so sorry for blank fill it in.
Whether it's how you speak to yourself,
How you're treating your body,
Or anything else that you've done harm to yourself.
Let's apologize and move forward.
We're going to forgive ourselves.
And I'm so proud of you.
Tell yourself that.
I am so proud of you.
I am strong enough to get where I want to be.
I am safe and I am loved.
I love my body and I love my mind.
I am so proud of you.

Your heart,
Your body,
Mind and soul.
