Discipline equals freedom. Listen to this powerful brain training affirmation practice if you are interested in greatly improving the organization of your space, time, thoughts and energy. So often we do not follow through on our goals and dreams because there is too much material and mental clutter in our way. If you want to finally move past the pain of disorder, invest 3 minutes each evening breathing in my loving guidance and notice how what might have once felt difficult starts to become effortless. You absolutely can get your life in order, but you need to recognize it's not about having the right boxes; it's about stepping out of the mental box that keeps you chained to your clutter. Break free. Break free right now.

As I wind down my day and allow the night to heal me,

I have a sense of feeling fulfilled.

I know that my fulfillment does not rely on the accomplishment of tasks,

But rather on the authenticity I put forward throughout the day,

Even in little ways.

I made a positive contribution to at least one being today,

Whether it was with a smile or a kind word or helping hand.

Through this brain reset,

I show gratitude to myself and to others for all of the goodness in my life,

And there is a mountain of goodness in my life.

I have so much,

And that is why I have so much to give.

Each day I am getting better at giving away that which I do not need and taking good care of that which I love.

I tidy as I go,

I clean as I breathe.

It is becoming more and more effortless for me to live in a peaceful environment,

And I deserve to be surrounded by things that are useful and beautiful.

When I treat the things around me with care,

I am showing myself that I care about my well-being.

I easily see the link between space and time,

Knowing that any clearing of the space around me opens up more time for me to enjoy life and the people I love.

I close this evening's reset with an assignment for my brain as I sleep.

I ask you,

Dear mind,

To summon all of your intelligence and wit and good humor to help me as I go throughout my day tomorrow.

Be clear that I am open to a wide variety of ways in which this central question can be answered.

What can I do to support myself?

To be clear,

I would like you to come up with new and creative ways to show me how I can support myself.

I thank you in advance for the answers to come.

As I prepare to rest deeply and peacefully,

I thank you for helping me see what is already realized,

That I am whole and complete right now.

Bookmarked and downloaded. I have been in such great need for affirmations and meditations relating to this subject. I can easily see myself putting this on repeat and just letting it go. Thank you so much for sharing this with me and the world. I see the light in you. 🀲❀️🀲
