I start today with renewal.

I choose to savor time.

I have plenty of time and I use it wisely.

I see that time is spelled T-I-M-E and I choose for those letters to mean,

Today is my everything.

Today is my everything.

I am excited about what I will learn and how I will grow.

I look forward to listening to the people I encounter and giving each moment the attention it deserves.

If I find myself taken by a thought that does not serve me,

I choose to replace it with a new thought that is loving and kind.

The more often I catch myself in thoughts that do not serve me,

The more relieved I become because I know I can use these thoughts as signals to whip up a new and more empowering thought.

In this way,

All of my thoughts end up serving my highest purpose,

Which is to share my gifts with the world.

I know the best way to share my gifts is to clear any clutter standing in my own way.

I act quickly to remove small and large obstacles in my path.

My way of being is to create homes for my treasured belongings and to naturally return each item to its home after being used.

I tidy as I go.

I clean as I breathe.

It is becoming more and more effortless for me to live in a peaceful environment and I deserve to be surrounded by things that are useful and beautiful.

When I treat the things around me with care,

I am showing myself that I care about my well-being.

I easily see the link between space and time.

Knowing that any clearing of the space around me opens up more time for me to enjoy life and the people I love.

I close today's renewal with an assignment for my brain.

I ask you,

Dear mind,

To summon all of your intelligence and wit and good humor to help me as I go throughout my day.

Be clear that I am open to a wide variety of ways in which this central question can be answered.

I rented a POD storage container for a month and am in the midst of decluttering 30 years of stuff from my house. Itโ€™s overwhelming but wonderful to get organized and let go!! This was a perfect reminder to live in the present and make it as beautiful and functional as possible. Thank you.
