Shamanic Journey Through Lemuria

Let your soul and mind be guided on a Shamanic journey through Lemuria. This descriptive, intense guided meditation will take you to this ancient land. Visualize the emotional experience deep in your mind's third eye as you travel on foot and through the air using all of your body's senses.

Transcript

Thank you for joining me on this journey.

The journey to explore the ancient spiritual world of Lemuria.

We will begin by finding your sacred place and setting intention.

We will be leaving this dimension to engage with beings that existed long ago.

It will be necessary for you to find an area lying down or sitting upright.

Finding a space where your journey won't be interrupted.

Enhancing your space with aromatics is also recommended.

Essential oils or incense are vital tools.

The more senses we use will increase intensity in your journey.

We will start this journey with an official calling.

We will secure our space by recognizing or calling in guides and archangels for protecting us.

At this time we can call in loving ancestors,

Spirit animals,

Or spirits of land.

Whatever you feel will help you and protect you along the way.

We will begin by altering our level of consciousness and finding us to become completely relaxed.

Please let the sound of the music help you enter this state.

We can do this a total of three times.

With each breath in,

We absorb positive energy.

With each exhale out,

We get rid of any stale,

Stagnant,

Negative energy and eliminate it.

One more big breath in through the nose.

As we exhale become more and more.

Exhale and release.

Release that tension throughout our entire body.

And still as we breathe normally,

We exhale and as we exhale we we feel like our body's becoming completely relaxed and more and more heavy.

We are now ready to enter an entirely different world.

This is like no place you've been to.

It is mystical,

Healing,

And a hybrid version of what you would see as earth.

Picture you are in a meadow now,

Full of wild flowers all with different colors.

Reds,

Purples,

Yellows,

Whites,

All different colors.

There is no arrangement to these flowers.

They are all scattered all about and all around you.

You can smell the strong floral smell surrounding you.

There is a semi-clear path up ahead.

You notice that you are barefoot and the partially matted down grass pricks your feet,

But it's not painful.

The grass feels a bit cool beneath you,

But you continue to walk.

As you proceed,

The walk becomes slightly more uphill.

The sounds of the birds in the air and the sky,

The semi-cloudy and giant puffy white clouds playing peekaboo with the Sun.

As you walk,

The warmth of the Sun begins to warm the ground as you continue on the path forward.

You notice up ahead in the distance the grass path begins to flatten and turn into white sand mixed with grass.

And as you look up to the right and left,

You notice walls of rocks begin to surround each side of you.

The sandy path is taking you up a mountain.

The hill becomes steeper and you feel the increase in energy required to move up the hill increases slightly,

But it's not too difficult for you to continue.

Now the path becomes slightly winding,

But the rocky formations begin to show vegetation.

Little pits of rocks on the sides have flowers and other weeds and trees in them.

You continue forward up the mountain.

You approach a corner and around the corner you notice a white glowing light begin to enter your vision.

And as you get closer,

The glowing begins to give you kind of a sense of calmness.

You keep heading towards the glowing light and as you turn the corner you realize that the glowing is actually an open door.

As you approach the white glowing door,

You notice some steps forming on the other side made of white transparent crystals.

You are called to step through this door.

As you step through,

A rush of fresh air greets you.

It is a bit cool and it fills your lungs.

Looking in,

There are four crystal steps below your feet that extend upward.

As you walk on the steps,

They have a crunching sound to them.

After you ascend,

You gasp at the incredible sight you see.

Around has completely changed.

You notice the trees don't look normal.

They're hybrid trees living with half clear lumarian crystals and the other half look like regular trees.

Below your feet there's a path that you keep following through this journey and it's crushed white sand.

There is a bilateral wall along the path.

You touch the path and you notice that it's made of an unidentifiable matter.

It feels like gel but it rebounds back to form its original shape as you release your touch.

It feels gooey on your hands.

There are crystals mixed with the grass surrounding you.

The crystals uproot from the ground and are hard to look at with the reflection of the Sun.

The sky above is the normal cloud cover but as you gaze at the Sun,

It looks a little bit different.

The Sun is actually whiter in color and not a dull yellow.

It also seems to have a different energy to it.

Visually exploring around,

Everything you see is transparent.

The buildings,

The temples,

The walls.

All up ahead on the path you notice that there are several beings there to greet you.

They appear with transparent bodies.

You can slightly see their organs and their chakras are visible and golden inside.

They're not threatening to you.

They seem not quite human but you feel a connection with them,

A familiarity with them.

Their eyes appear oval shaped and golden.

The outer layer of their eyes are multicolored and shiny bits mixed in.

They are nonverbal beings who communicate with you only telepathically.

They explain to you that silence is speech.

You approach them.

They greet you with what they call healing hugs.

The long oversized arms engulf your body and the feeling you get as you are hugged by them is euphoric.

And ask you to proceed with them to explore their world.

The message they give you is that in this world there is no shame,

No anger,

And complete unconditional love and caring.

They show you around and you notice that their temples and places of living are all transparent.

This shows exactly what they're saying.

There is no shame.

It also shows us an example of how they live.

Everything is open and free of negative energies.

It appears to you that all the working Lemurians don't have jobs like we do.

They seem to be exchanging goods and services.

As you proceed with the guides you hear an amazing sound and notice that a Lemurian is playing an unidentifiable instrument.

It appears to be stacked pan-shaped ascending smaller as they proceed up.

The sound is familiar to almost like singing bulls.

You are drawn to the sound.

As you approach it,

It becomes louder and more intense.

You can feel the sound.

The sound begins to heal you.

You feel the sound not only with your ears but with your body as well.

It not only heals you but begins to help open your chakras too.

Next to the instrument is a smaller tent with a visible older Lemurian inside.

You see several different crystal vials and colorful portions inside them.

He asks you to approach him.

Your guides motion to you as to proceed towards him.

You are asked to try one of the portions.

The message is sent to you that they have healing powers.

Each one of them will help you heal and feel free of any negative energy that you have been carrying around.

It's odorless,

Aqua in color with golden flakes.

As you drink it,

It has a slightly sweet taste to it.

It also warms your inside as it goes down through your body.

You feel the healing powers begin to uplift you immediately.

With the combination of potion and music,

You feel transformed,

Uplifted to new levels as the music passes.

It is time for you to float back across Lemuria for a bird's eye view.

You proceed standing in the middle of both your guides,

As if to ask you,

Are you ready?

You float higher.

You get to see all of Lemuria.

You notice from above the village is much fuller of activity that from the ground view you did not see.

You see it as a much more functioning world,

Dancing,

Working on structures,

Protecting the land,

And playing music.

You recognize the sandy path you once saw next to the crystal steps.

Your guides give you one last healing hug.

They give you the message that you are welcome here at any time.

The grass feels drier than before and you return back where you came.

You start to notice your consciousness coming back.

Your guides or whoever joined you on this journey,

As it closes your breath,

Start to feel more and more more aware of your surroundings.
