Viewing Adversity In A New Light

Mankind has long been a prisoner of the egoic mind. Left unchecked, the mind will whipsaw back and forth between the regret-filled past and the uncertain future, loathe to let us rest in the here and now, in stillness and awareness. It is time to take back control from your mind and become the change the world so desperately needs. Like waves upon the ocean, the physical is merely the shell of who we are, for below the choppy surface lies a vast, still ocean representing our authentic selves.
