I have the most supportive family, who love and honour what I do as a creative. When my sister-in-law said she needed something upbeat that she could listen to during work hours, of course I went straight to work. Using the gentleness of the harp and flute, and adding live oboe, played by yours truly, a magical little piece happened over the course of an afternoon. Of course tuned to 432Hz, the frequency of love and heart chakra, I dedicate this loveliness to her. Sisters by marriage & heart.

Wonderful backdrop for my morning mobility yoga practice. The perfect blend of sparkle and calm to keep me moving through the flow and waking up, while not being so soothing that it makes me want to go back to sleep. I particularly enjoyed the repetitive runs in the background - as both a pianist and flutist, this was a real treat and a melody I have bookmarked to use throughout the day, not just in the morning. (Also added to my Playlists and followed you. 😊) Well done!
