We all get overwhelmed at some point in time. I can be overwhelmed because I'm a mom, composer, wife, farm girl, volunteer, volunteer firefighter, and I have 4 jobs on any given day! However, acknowledging that overwhelmed and sitting with it for a few minutes can help release it so that we can go back to being our amazing selves. Focus on the bells, and then breathe into the strings for that deep breath release, and let it ALL go. Namaste.
