Jazz Meditation 432Hz

It was a lovely January evening and my kids were quiet and occupied and my husband was playing Xbox so I grabbed my guitar and starting randomly picking away. And then this piece happened. My heart belongs to Jazz (I think I was a jazzer in a former lifetime). I then put it off, because my ego was not satisfied, as it often is as a perfectionist Virgo. Instead, I set up my little studio and finished the rest of the piece in two takes. Why? Because my intuition/Source/Goddess said so. Namaste.

This was so pleasant. Like a walk on a warm morning, early, when it’s only you and the birds up and around. So peaceful, so beautiful. I was expecting a little faster music when I saw jazz in the title, but this was a pleasant surprise, slow and soothing. It left me feeling ready to take on my day with some patience.
