Namaste and welcome.
As always,
I'll ask you to find a comfortable position and when you're ready,
Ever so gently closing the eyes,
Welcoming this time,
This moment in space.
Really take a moment and settle in,
Taking inventory of the energy in the room,
Any sounds or smells that may be present,
Feeling the energy and emotion in this moment.
What is here for you at this time?
What is here for you in this moment?
I'll ask you to bring your awareness to the breath,
Taking into account all that has happened through the course of the week,
All that we have encountered in the past several weeks and all that is to come.
Rather than allowing these moments to become overwhelming,
I challenge you to welcome these very moments,
To welcome them and to embrace them with open arms,
Not knowing exactly what the future holds,
But no longer bound to our past.
We must begin to walk into our truth.
We must begin to embrace all that we are and all that we have become.
Really taking time in this moment,
Loving ourselves,
Trusting ourselves,
Trusting that while we may not have all the answers,
That Divine Mother knows all and sees all,
Protects all,
Loves us all,
Provides us amazing grace and beauty.
We must trust in the process and the plan,
And trusting in our preparation and our skills.
Really taking time to embrace what is here for you in this moment,
Allowing all thoughts of fear and anxiety to flee the body,
Allowing all negativity and insecurities to fall aside to create a space for something new and brilliant,
Something that will feed the soul and delight the heart.
When we release and let go,
We prepare a space,
We prepare a space in which to hold new ideas,
New opportunities,
New love and new life.
I'll ask that in this moment you begin to get excited about what is to come,
Excited to walk in your truth.
What is here for you in this moment?
Bringing our awareness to the breath,
Placing a hand on the chest or the belly,
Noticing how the belly rises with each inhalation and gently falls with each exhalation.
I'll ask you to take a nice deep and long breath in,
Breathing all the way from the base of the spine to the crown.
Inhale,
Hold and release.
Again,
A slow long and deep breath in.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Hold and release.
Really taking note of the breath as it flows through the body ever so effortlessly,
Forever connecting us to our creator and source.
The breath is but an extension of his divinity for it is our creator and our source that breathed life into this very body.
What does it feel like knowing that the breath of the ever living,
Most high,
What is it like having breath of the almighty pumping through your body and flowing into your lungs?
How safe and secure we are in those arms,
Those very arms of divine mother.
What would it be like to celebrate the life that flows within the body,
That animates the flesh,
Activates the mind?
What would it be like to know that all of our mishaps and mistakes were simply part of a larger plan,
Simply part of his divine will?
What would it be like to embrace our mistakes,
Our flaws,
Our mishaps and accidents?
What would it be like if we embraced them as if an old friend,
Friend,
Knowing that while we may waver and falter and bend that divine mother,
Our creator and our source never falters and never fails.
There are no coincidences or accidents,
Everything divine purpose,
Divine alignment and by divine design,
Every single hurdle and obstacle,
Every single up and down,
Every single,
Every single breath that flows through the body,
Breath of our creator,
The breath of life.
What if I were to tell you that accidents don't happen and mistakes are make-believe?
There is a divine wheel at hand,
One that paints,
That paints a picture of perfection.
What would it be like if we had total trust in the plan,
Not our plan,
But his plan?
What would it be like?
What would it be like knowing that each and every and every path that we walk has been carved and designed as a special part of our journey and that,
And that his divine love,
His divine will and his divine purpose were always the plan at hand?
It was never a mistake,
It was never an accident,
It was never a mishap,
But all divinely aligned,
Divinely timed and for a divine purpose.
A divine purpose.
What would it feel like if we began to forgive ourselves and love ourselves and be compassionate to self,
Putting our memories in the past and putting our pain into the hand of the divine creator?
What would it be like to totally trust with unwavering faith in his plan,
His know-how?
Spend a moment and really go deeper within,
Go deeper still,
Even deeper still.
What would it be like?
What would it be like to really trust,
To trust in his perfect plan,
To forgive ourselves,
To forgive ourselves,
Release the blame and the anguish,
Release ourselves from this prison of self-hatred that we have created,
Created when we blame ourselves for accidents and mistakes,
When we resent ourselves for our flaws or our failures.
What would it be like if we realized that there were no mistakes,
No mishaps,
No misunderstandings or miscommunication,
But only God's perfect will and plan.
To know that all that has happened is part of something so much larger,
Of something so much larger,
Something grand and divine.
What ease,
What grace and mercy is there for us when we simply began to trust,
Trust in his word,
Trust in his wisdom,
Trust in his plan,
Even when it looks completely and utterly insane,
Even when it looks and feels completely and utterly hopeless,
Even when it seems as if nothing and no one will succeed,
Nothing and no one will overcome.
What would it be like to know that it is by his divine design that we encounter trials and tribulations,
Knowing that these trials and tribulations help us to build faith in his divine and mighty arm,
To build faith knowing that we can lean on his mighty arm,
Knowing that we are carried in his mighty arms,
Knowing that when we abide with and when we align ourselves with spirit that we are forever protected,
Forever given grace,
Forever favored,
Forever given mercy,
Nothing by accident,
Nothing by mistake,
No coincidences and mishaps,
Only divine alignment,
Only divine will.
Imagine if you will,
All of the unforgiveness,
All of the self-hatred,
All of the finger pointing and fighting,
Imagine if it were to simply disappear,
Simply float away as if a cloud,
Knowing that we no longer must carry the burdens of our past mistakes,
That we no longer are responsible,
That it is all part of God's perfect plan and will for our life.
While twists and turns may be difficult and hard,
While it seems like we're facing so many hospitals,
Knowing that we don't have to blame ourselves,
That we must simply allow things to be just as they are,
Knowing that they are part of divine mother's perfect will and plan for our life,
And that all we must simply do is to trust,
Rely on,
Abide in,
Align with,
Walk with and talk with divine mother,
When we must abide in father God,
Knowing that when we eliminate our stress and our worry,
Knowing that we create room for creativity,
We create room for love,
We create room for forgiveness,
We create room for love and abundance.
By releasing what no longer serves us,
We create a space for healing,
A space for love and a space for abundance.
I'll ask you to sit for just a moment and really go deeper still within the soul.
What does it really mean to trust and abide?
What does it really mean to know that there's no such thing as an accident,
Everything divinely aligned?
What does it feel like knowing that we are no longer bound but free?
We are free,
Light as a feather and free as a bird,
That we are free to embrace this moment,
That we have the freedom to forgive ourselves during this moment.
Acknowledging the breath,
Again breathing in and out,
In and out,
Noticing the gentle ebb and flow,
The give and take,
The back and forth,
Realizing that we can give our burdens to divine mother and she can in return offer us love and comfort,
Offer us peace.
This moment is but temporary,
This word,
This truth,
This wisdom are forever.
Spending just a moment in this place of acceptance and truth and love and light,
I ask you to remember this moment and take this emotion with you moving forward wherever life carries you,
Wherever the wind may blow.
I'll again ask you to to really take a moment to bask in this feeling of love,
Love from our creator and source,
Bask in his forgiveness,
His glory and his mercy and when you're ready,
Slowly begin to come aware of the room,
The sounds,
The smells,
The sights and ever so slowly opening your eyes your eyes and becoming one in this moment until we meet again,
Love and light.
