I invite you to find a shape that is supportive for you.
Maybe it's lying down or perhaps sitting with your legs crossed.
Wherever you feel comfortable,
Please get there.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Notice the earth reaching up to meet you and supporting the weight of your body.
Allow your body to give way to this support.
Maybe drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Sink deeper into the floor or in your chair.
Today we give thanks to the moon for her beautiful relationship with earth.
How she makes continuous revolutions around our planet,
Offering light in the dark.
A celestial reflector,
She offers visibility of the unseen.
Earth's protector,
She pulls galactic matter into her orbit as our shield.
Let us send gratitude in this moment to the moon.
I invite you to find your breath.
Notice your chest rising on the inhale and how your body softens on the exhale.
Feel the temperature of the air as it enters and exits your nose.
Don't try to control your breath.
Just notice its rhythm.
This rhythm keeps us alive.
It is the breath of life.
Each inhale is an invitation to expand,
To welcome experience.
Each exhale,
A release,
An offering.
These codependent mechanisms cannot exist without each movement and you without them.
The inviting in and the letting go.
How grateful we are for this dance that we have through life.
I'd like you to imagine a soft,
Gentle stream of light flowing from the heavens and into the crown of your head.
Feel the warmth of this light as it pours over each part of your physical body,
Your emotional body,
And your energetic field.
Maybe deepening your breath as this light intuitively moves to all the places that you need it.
Perhaps this light is restoring all of the parts that need care.
The parts that feel tired and empty.
The parts that have been neglected.
Imagine this light gently enlivening these parts or healing them or restoring them.
Allow this light to gently revitalize you,
Filling you with love.
And as this light continues to course through your being,
You see it getting brighter.
As it tends to all of your places,
Its glow magnifies.
Perhaps this light is collecting all of the parts that you are releasing.
The parts that have inhibited you or created scar tissue.
The parts that have served their purpose but are no longer needed.
Perhaps this light is gathering all that no longer belongs to you.
Imagine this light traveling down your legs and gently rinsing those unneeded parts out through the soles of your feet and carrying them into the earth.
Offer those parts to the earth knowing they will be transformed into something meaningful.
Take note of how you feel in your body now.
Notice any sensations or emotions.
Perhaps you feel relief or peace.
Perhaps you feel relaxed,
Spacious or maybe even energized.
Hold that feeling with you.
Take a deep breath in and exhale with a sigh.
I want you to bring to mind the thing that you are creating space for.
The thing that is intuitively requesting your attention.
The thing that you desire but hasn't yet been embodied.
The thing that you need that is yet to be met.
Bring into focus the thing that you are creating space for.
Envision yourself doing it,
Receiving it,
Maybe giving it.
Imagine yourself living into it.
Take note of where you are and who or what is there.
Give color and detail to your vision.
Notice how you feel as your desire becomes embodied,
As your need is met or as you achieve what it is you set out to do.
Notice how you feel as your intention is actualized.
Notice any sensations that arise in your body.
Perhaps you feel warmth in your chest or in your belly.
Maybe you feel weightless.
Perhaps you feel tingling.
Note where in the body these sensations arise.
If you brought a token with you today,
I invite you to bring your token to your upper abdomen where your chest meets your stomach.
And I invite you to send those feelings and those sensations into the token that you hold in your hand.
Impress your intention or your desire into this earth element.
If you don't have a token,
That's quite alright.
Simply bring your hand to your upper abdomen and repeat after me.
May I believe in myself always.
May I be free.
May I ask for help when needed.
May I always receive what I need.
May I follow my intuition always.
I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale with an audible sigh.
One more time,
Inhale into the base of your belly.
And exhale with an audible sigh.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to open your eyes and orient back into the room.
