Jaron Vesely is a somatic therapist-in-training and guided meditation teacher based in the East Bay, California. He is completing his MSW and building a practice — Inner Architecture — around the idea that lasting change happens when we work with the whole person, not just the thinking mind. His approach draws on somatic awareness, mindfulness, and a deep respect for what the body already knows. These meditations come out of that same framework. They're not about achieving a particular state. They're about showing up to what's actually here. Before he came to this work, he was an actor. Which means he spent a long time learning how to be present in a body — and how to help other people do the same.
