Inspired by my work with leaders and my own experience in leadership, doubt, if unchecked can run rampant in your mind and wreak havoc in your life as the unconscious projection gets played out in your reality. Hey there beautiful leader,

Beautiful soul.

It's Jan Joy Hoth here,

The wholehearted,

Joy-filled leadership mentor.

And welcome to this special meditation to dissolve the doubt and let you out.

We will begin this meditation in a comfortable seated position or laying down.

As the invitation is already to start to breathe in a gorgeous breath and to start to feel into where in your body are you noticing these sensations that come with the notion of doubt.

Tuning into whatever body part it may be and it may simply be in your thoughts yet usually it hides in our body as well.

The invitation is to go ahead and to start to breathe into that space.

Breathe in love,

Breathe in light,

Breathe in self-compassion into that space.

And then as you exhale,

Imagine the doubt as though a beautiful cloud beginning to dissipate.

Honoring that that doubt is there,

It's part of your experience,

You get to bless it now and to begin to dissipate it,

To dissolve it like that cloudy sky.

As you begin to ease the discomfort of the doubt and you begin to bring a loving focus to dissolve it in this now safe space,

Tune in and see what lessons that doubt has for you.

What concerns arise that are wanting to come to your attention and then see what is there as far as understanding.

Knowing that everything is happening for you.

What is there to learn from this doubt in this moment?

What is there for you as a lesson to take away as a blessing?

There you go.

Taking a quiet moment to listen in,

To tune in,

To feel in to whatever is there.

And then breathing in more love,

Self-compassion,

Loving kindness.

And then on this next breath,

As you exhale,

See if you can breathe through that cloud and see the cloud dissolve even more as though on a cloudy day the sun begins to emerge.

Feeling your own love light begin to emerge in this process.

Really honoring this journey of dissolving the doubt and letting that love light of yours,

Of your joy-filled leadership out.

Continuing to breathe and finding a rhythm between your breath and your body.

I encourage you to either replay the first part of this meditation or if you are ready to move on into truly letting you out,

I invite you to go ahead and stand up.

Stand up.

Place your feet shoulder-width apart and raise your arms up in the air into a beautiful V so that your whole body is standing in a star-shaped position,

Your power pose.

And as you physically take up space,

Begin to consciously,

Energetically take up space as you are letting you out.

Tilt your chin up to the sky and either with your eyes closed or open,

Look up and imagine your gaze reaching up all the way up to the ethers,

Connecting you with that larger part of you and drink that energy and that connection in.

Relax the shoulders down your back as you reach your arms up even further,

Feeling your hands energetically reaching up and out as though reaching for a giant hug with the universe.

Source energy,

God,

Whatever that is for you,

Whatever words you choose to describe that beautiful,

Benevolent,

Eternal energy entity.

And then feel it reaching back at you,

Offering a giant hug back,

Acknowledging you in your fullness,

In your courage to dissolve the doubt and let you out.

When you're ready,

Allowing those arms to gently drift back down to your sides,

Shake them out,

Releasing,

And you may sway from side to side as you feel the energy moving throughout your body that you have just moved.

And then take a moment to tune into your heart center and just listen in and see what word or words of wisdom,

What mantra wants to come out of this loving,

Compassionate meditation.

Tuning into that word or words,

Blessing them,

Thanking that aspect of you that shared.

And then with another beautiful breath in,

Declaring this meditation complete and declaring integration now.

And as you gently open your eyes,

Wiggling your toes,

Your fingertips,

Your nose,

Taking a look around,

Noticing the beautiful physical world around you after this beautiful journey within.

And then just tune in now,

What is one action you can take right now to implement that new word or mantra that came to you as you are letting you out.

All right,

Go ahead and take that action as soon as possible and have a beautiful day.

You are so loved.
