Welcome to this Reiki-infused mind-body-medicine meditation miracle prayer for healing.
As we settle into our own sanctuary,
I invite you to take a few deep,
Long breaths down into the belly.
Long slow exhale,
Finding your way into this moment,
And I invite you to allow yourself to just start to notice some of the sounds around you.
Let this part be easy.
Let the sounds assist you in just coming back to what is here now.
Deeply breathing into the belly,
An effortless,
Long,
Slow exhale.
Just keep up that rhythm,
Deep breathing,
And release.
So often we tense and hold our breath,
And we can just take these micro-moments to practice the opposite,
To soften the body as best as we can.
When we create new patterns,
It's unfamiliar for us,
So we go slow.
If you're sitting,
And it feels good to rock or sway,
You can do that,
And if you're laying down,
Just let yourself get really comfortable.
Keep breathing,
Keep softening.
Allow the mind to recognize the sounds around you.
When we pull ourselves gently into the present,
The brain can rest,
Because it doesn't spin in the future or the past.
It says,
Oh,
I'm here,
I'm just going to focus on what's here.
So really notice that connection between your body and what's under you.
And can you notice the pressure and the weight of your body on the surface?
This helps us remember we're in the body.
Can you notice that your body is made of the same stuff as other bodies?
So you belong here,
And the space under you is supporting you.
And so you notice the weight and the pressure,
And you breathe it,
Allowing the ground to support you,
Hearing the sounds,
Welcoming whatever is here.
And so your only job right now is to really breathe and soften,
And this is one of my favorite meditations,
Because it's so simple.
We relax ourselves for a moment,
And then we call on the power of the divine.
There's many layers to this,
But just remember your power here.
You have the voice of love in you,
In your own being,
In your own body,
In your own psyche,
In your own consciousness,
In your own space.
And so while we do call on Source or God or Higher Self or our guides for support,
They're a mirror of us,
They're a reflection of us,
They're part of us.
And so from an empowered place of,
You know what,
I don't know how to heal this,
I don't know,
I'm not clear,
I'm stuck in my humanness,
We're almost surrendering all of our pain and all of our confusion,
And just asking the part of us that knows.
From an empowered place,
Knowing you're already worthy.
You could ask all day,
Every day,
And it's still not too much,
So just breathe and soften.
And so whatever symptom,
Whatever diagnosis,
It could be all of them or it could be one,
It's on your heart to find relief from today.
I want you just to offer it up to Higher Wisdom,
To Source,
To God,
To Higher Self,
And just imagine putting it all in a golden ball of light.
Maybe you see this sentence of it,
This disorder,
This diagnosis,
This pain,
This symptom.
I surrender this and offer this up to you,
Source,
And just see it in this ball of light,
Kind of move up and out of your space.
This doesn't mean we're not doing anything,
This doesn't mean there aren't action steps,
Maybe there aren't,
Maybe there are,
But this just means we're getting our own minds,
Ideas about it out of the picture,
Just softening.
And we're calling in a prayer of resolution,
A prayer of grace,
A prayer of clarity.
And first we're going to start with our own intention as a prayer,
So I want you just to just breathe and soften again,
And repeat out loud after me,
Quietly here in your mind,
I choose to heal now.
I choose to open my mind to the highest version of health from my soul in this lifetime now.
I choose to open to a truth where I can feel safe and in harmony at the same time.
And healed is interesting because we're humans and we always have bips and bops and boops and maybe some symptoms,
But it's not that chronic stuckness,
It's that flow,
That harmony,
That listening,
And so we're not trying to get to this mental perfect state,
We're almost saying whatever healed means for me and my soul,
Maybe that's expanded into this next level.
So just set that intention,
I intend healing,
I intend resolution,
I intend health,
I intend miracles.
I know my mind will give me proof of everything I believe.
Great Spirit transcend me from my mind's limitations and show me what's possible for me.
There's a great spiritual teacher,
Pema Chodron,
And she has a saying,
Something like,
Until the lesson is understood,
It's just going to keep repeating itself.
And that isn't a hard lesson,
A tough lesson,
And I've got to learn this thing down here,
It's just when I see what this symptom is helping me see,
Then I can let it go.
An example in my own life is that when I'm not being authentic or honoring the truth of my impulse,
My body will tense or tighten.
And that's just my body showing me my lesson is authenticity,
And until I heal enough to be more Jamie,
The symptoms are here.
Good,
So let's just kind of open up to a little gentleness,
I know it's hard,
Around our symptoms,
Around our diagnosis,
Around whatever it is we're struggling with.
With just this prayer of,
I know I may not see how this is helping me,
And the thought of that might even make me angry,
And that's okay.
But I'm going to open my mind now to this prayer,
What's the lesson here?
What's my body and my higher self and spirit trying to show me,
Lovingly,
That maybe these symptoms are just kind of a knock at the door?
Like,
Oh,
There's room for more compassion in you,
There's room for more love,
There's room for more provision,
You don't have to do it all alone,
It could be anything.
What's the higher wisdom here?
And so,
We don't need answers right now,
We're just putting out intentions,
Putting out prayers.
God,
Source,
My guides,
My ascended masters who walk in the white light,
Love of God,
My spirit family,
My spirit animals,
And my higher self,
My star tribe,
Fill in the blank.
I call in all of the grace and benevolence and clarity to heal.
Guide my every step,
Plant the seeds of love in my mind so I can hear the simplest,
Easiest,
Safest,
No big deal path to equilibrium,
To harmony,
To truth,
To authentic power,
To authentic soul expression.
Help me,
Guide me,
I surrender this pain and hand it over,
And call in the light.
And so,
I want you to see yourself connected to Source,
This golden beam of light coming into the top of your head,
Bringing in higher intelligence.
Soften and breathe.
You are grounded down into the earth.
You are connected to your body,
I am willing to hear now,
And I know our brain,
My goodness,
Can feel so unsafe to be okay,
But the part of us that's ready,
Even if it's.
001% praise and welcomes the part of us that's afraid,
And we go slow and we go small,
And we open to the unseen,
We open to love that we can't understand,
And we welcome in grace.
And so,
In this last moment here,
I'm going to give you a quiet moment,
If there's anyone else you want to call in,
Any other intention you want to set,
Any other prayer on your heart,
From an empowered place,
Just sitting your humanity aside for a moment,
Saying,
Support me,
Ask,
And then we'll let it unfold to see what follows in your life,
What new insights,
What ahas,
What whispers follow.
Good,
And just breathe,
Let those prayers release from you like butterflies.
You are connected to the quantum grid.
Mind,
Body,
Thoughts,
Feelings affect the body.
You are an emanation of energy,
Which is why your focus and your prayers are heard,
Whether you do it inside as a feeling or say it out loud,
Because you are an emanation,
You are a frequency,
You are aligning yourself with wisdom.
So just soften and let it go,
And this week,
Today,
We're just going to notice these little synchronicities or signs or new thoughts that feel lighter,
That are so simple and so kind,
And it literally could be,
You know,
Oh,
Wow,
Catch yourself being unkind in your mind and just replace it with,
I'm so proud of you.
Yes,
That is enough to heal a symptom.
So we open our mind,
Right?
We have no idea.
And we called in this divine power.
And so as we wrap up and you kind of slowly start to become more aware of your body under you,
I'm going to set the intention for you to have grace and miracles and reconnection to your truth and safety and power and authenticity and healing and harmony and equilibrium and a resolution of that which pains you gently,
Easily,
Slowly,
Calling in the divine assistance of source for you now with grace and ease.
Now,
Now,
Now,
Immediately,
Completely and permanently.
And so it is noticing the sounds around you,
Feeling the connection of your body under you,
Gently looking around the space to orient easily to your surroundings.
And if you have time,
Just allowing yourself to rest in the quiet and listen or journal,
Maybe some clues or hints that came up or move on with your day and see what whispers follow.
