Serenity prayer meditation.

Find an easy posture and allow a pause in this day,

In this moment.

Let's settle into what is and later carefully pick up worldly thinking and worldly tasks.

Bring presence to your breath or body.

They are always in present time.

This feeling of sitting now,

This in-breath,

This out- breath,

Always now.

This is our anchor.

Let's always remember whose presence we are entering.

May you always remember this spirit.

Silently say and sit with,

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

The courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Silently say and sit with,

God grant me rest from choosing self-will and self-seeking.

God grant me rest from choosing self-will and self-seeking.

Silently say and sit with,

God grant me your courage and guidance when I must make a decision.

Higher power grant me your courage and guidance when I must make a decision.

Silently say and sit with,

God grant me wisdom to know your path for me and that it is free from resentment,

Selfishness,

Dishonesty and fear.

God grant me wisdom to know your path for me and that it is free from resentment,

Selfishness,

Dishonesty and fear.

God I ask all these things that I may be of maximum service to you and your children in the name of a principled life life and the steps I pray.

God I ask all these things that I may be of maximum service to you and your children in the name of a principled life and the steps I pray.

Remember to be maximum.

May all beings be at ease above below and all around.
