Hello,
Hello,
And welcome to this guided meditation and prayer experience.
Welcome to the opportunity to truly hit the pause,
To connect with God's presence,
And to surrender.
Start by making yourself comfortable.
Whether you're lying down or seated,
Get into a comfortable position and just start with some big cleansing breaths and vocal releases.
Breathing in through the nose.
Letting it all out the mouth.
Nice,
Another one in through the nose.
Releasing stress and tension out the mouth.
Continuing that way,
Another big breath in,
Bringing it down into the belly.
Vanilla.
Let's do one more.
Big breath in.
Biggest one yet.
All the way down to the belly.
Holding it at the top for a moment.
And then really letting it go.
And as you continue to take big breaths or just allow your breath to settle.
Invite yourself to arrive in this moment.
And also inviting God and his presence into this moment.
Just noticing before you go to change or do anything.
Noticing what's happening if the mind's racing or wandering or off somewhere if there are certain parts of the body that feel like they're calling you.
Just noticing.
Being grateful to be here right now in this moment.
Being grateful for God's grace and guidance.
And for everything you've endured that has brought you up to this moment right now.
And starting to invite all of that to ground down,
To ground down into your body.
To notice your heart space.
To notice the energy around it,
The heart beating.
The muscles,
The blood vessels,
The skin,
Bone,
And ligaments above it all.
Taking a moment to just marvel in the creation of it all,
And that you're here right now,
Alive in this moment.
Using the sensations of the heart to ground you down right here,
Right now.
And as you continue to focus on that heart space and breathe into it.
Noticing.
Just how strong.
But also at the same time,
Gentle I can be.
Noticing that unique dichotomy between the strength of the heart pumping blood out to every single part of your body and mind.
And then the quiet nuances of it,
The softness of it,
The love,
The compassion,
The grace,
The emotions that it regulates.
And once again,
The marvel that God created this heartbeat.
The source of your life and your energy and your journey.
Allowing all of those different emotions and energies to continue to settle and sink deeper into this moment,
Connecting your mind and body.
Taking the time right here to really just slow down.
To arrive right here,
Right now.
Knowing that there's nowhere you need to be.
There's nothing more you need to do right now.
You're exactly where you need to be.
Surrendering.
The desire,
Need to control,
To plan.
And surrendering it to God,
Trusting that he has a plan for your life,
That his timing is divine.
That before you even came into this world,
You were predestined.
For greatness,
To do great things.
That he planned and prepared your path and knows the exact timing that it'll unfold.
And realizing that that plan touches every aspect of your life,
The highs,
The lows,
The pain,
The purpose.
He's right there for all of it.
Taking joy in the fact that you're not alone,
That he's your confidant.
That he provides,
He protects.
He's there with you at all times.
Thank you.
Just acknowledging how so much of your journey in life and we stand there.
By our own beliefs,
Our own reality,
Our circumstances,
Our symptoms,
Our struggles.
But realizing that when we align with and rest in God and His presence,
His will,
His plan,
There is no limitation.
There is no stunting.
He wants abundance for you.
He's called you to live,
Not only in this fallen and flawed world.
But for eternal life through his son.
He's given the greatest gift there is.
There's not a single thing you can do or strive for or earn in this world or life that compares.
And that abundance is available to you.
At any moment.
You feel that love,
That gratitude,
That energy in your heart.
And you can start to move that energy around your whole being.
You can let it go out to your arms.
To your shoulders,
Your neck.
You can let that abundance,
That compassion.
Just wash over your arms all the way down to your hands.
You can let the bones and fascia and ligaments loosen and relax.
Within the lungs,
The chest.
And you can let that energy wash down the body.
Into the core.
Let it soften the gut,
Soften the need to hold on,
To control,
To perform,
To strive.
Releasing,
Relaxing the gut,
The vital organs.
The digestion.
And allow yourself,
Give yourself permission to digest.
This abundance.
This blessing,
This comfort,
This connection.
Breathing into the gut.
Knowing that resistance,
Pain,
Struggle,
It's okay.
It's part of this life.
And when God tried to show us otherwise,
We ceased to believe in that possibility.
So he made the ultimate sacrifice of his son coming here,
Showing us the way.
Jesus experienced that same pain and the highest level of it possible.
He died on the cross,
Absorbing that pain for us.
So yes,
It's part of life and it's there.
But you can know that he's absorbed it for you,
That you don't need to carry it.
You can confront it.
You can deal with it.
You don't need to carry it.
Continuing to release that abundance,
Break through those limitations within your gut.
The heart.
And continuing to move that energy down the body.
Into the hips.
The hips carry so much of those really dark emotions.
Let the heart pump that abundance and energy down to the hips.
Let it wash around the inner and outer hip sockets,
The joints.
Continuing to soften the ligaments and fascia,
Release the heavy emotions that we carry,
The grief,
The pain.
Surrendering it to God.
And continuing to let that abundance just wash over your whole being all the way down the legs.
All the way down to your feet.
To your sacrum,
The tailbone grounding you down.
Letting the surface beneath you hold you.
And continuing to release.
Down towards that ground.
Imagining roots coming out of that connection to the ground.
And allow those roots to go down into the earth,
Into God's creation.
Invite yourself to connect to the elemental aspects of the world.
The soil,
The water,
The sand,
The air.
Let yourself start to be rooted in.
Nature.
Just the simplicity and complexity of it,
All coming together in this beautiful symphony,
These quiet little moments of the sun glistening off of the water.
Of bugs evolving.
Into other creatures.
Allowing yourself to be astonished and breathtaking by this creation.
And to know that you can root down in it at any moment.
That it's in nature that we see God's love,
His growth,
His abundance.
Away a small seedling,
As small as a mustard seed,
Gets watered and nourished and grows and grows.
That same principle.
Is operating in you as well.
And whatever God has planted in you for your life,
For your healing,
For your finances,
For your career.
Whether it's that small mustard seed or it's already started to sprout a little.
You can take solace in knowing that He will continue to water,
Continue to nourish,
And continue to help you expand and grow those seeds into abundance.
Into financial abundance,
Into physical abundance,
Into relational,
Social,
Spiritual abundance.
There is nothing stopping it,
Even when storms come,
When winter hits,
When seasons become difficult.
That becomes part of God's natural rhythms and cycles for the earth,
For nature,
For growth.
And when the snow melts and when spring arrives.
That's sprouting,
That growth happens.
It doesn't happen quicker.
Or in the time frame that we may want,
But it happens in God's timing.
He purposely provides these natural rhythms.
He's the ultimate creator.
He could have done it anyway.
And he chose to do it in such to allow for the seasons of planting,
The seasons of cultivation,
The seasons of growth.
And so from here out,
Regardless of whatever season you're in,
Just knowing that he's got you,
That his plan,
His timing.
Is putting you exactly where you need to be.
And the more that you can surrender,
The more you can be present in that moment in the journey.
It's that presence,
That stillness.
That allows us to connect even deeper with God,
With ourselves.
With the creativity and the energy within.
Breathing deeply into that space,
Into that presence,
Into that connection.
Right here,
Right now.
Asking God to continue to bless you with his presence,
With his abundance.
And to give you the grit.
To persevere.
And the permission to surrender.
Allowing that energy to just wash over your whole body from the tip of your head all the way down to your toes.
Cascading down the spine,
Each vertebra.
And noticing if there's anywhere in the body that just has a little more space.
Filling that space with this abundance,
With these realizations,
With God's presence.
Reveling in the power of stillness,
The power of being here right now.
Once again,
Exactly where you need to be.
And knowing that at any point you can choose to go inward,
You can choose to hit the pause,
You can choose to move down to this quieter,
More present aligned space.
Thanking God for all he's done.
Thanking yourself for all you've done.
Just letting gratitude expand to everyone and anything that's contributed to your journey that's brought you to this moment.
All the moments,
No matter how small or large.
I brought it right here.
And also allowing yourself,
Giving yourself permission to be expectant for what's to come.
To experience gratitude and anticipation for all God will do.
For all he already has planned for you.
Even imagining him.
Outline that whole plan and timeline.
Laughing at the little moments when we try to speed it up or do it our own way.
Knowing that his way is better.
Allow yourself to be expectant for what he's going to do and to know whether it feels good or it's painful or exciting or whatever the emotion is in the moment that it's from him.
And allow yourself to anticipate all of the blessings,
All of the abundance,
All of the growth,
All of the impact,
The healing,
The movement,
The connection,
The transformation that he has in store for you.
The people he'll bring into your life,
The opportunities he'll create,
The places you'll see,
The things you'll do.
Feeling genuinely excited about it and also knowing.
That none of it even compares to what he has in store beyond this life.
That no matter how great it all seems here,
It's going to be infinitely better in His eternal kingdom.
Just encouraging yourself to use that as a guiding light as you continue to anticipate what's to come,
As you continue to enjoy what's unfolding.
And look forward to it.
While also being present.
In each one.
Taking a couple more big,
Deep breaths into that space.
Continuing to just be grateful to be here now.
To acknowledge anything you might be feeling in this moment.
Whether it's in the physical body,
Whether it's mental,
Emotional,
Or spiritual.
Taking a moment or two to acknowledge it,
To get some language around it,
To describe what it is.
Capture it.
Hmm.
Continuing to stay in that space.
As long as you'd like Whenever you're ready Coming on that.
