Welcome to this 5 minute meditation for manifestation this is your time to align your mind,

Body and energy with the goals and dreams you wish to bring into reality as you settle into a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

Close your eyes gently take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth let go of any tension or distractions and allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment bring your attention to your body,

Notice the points of contact with the ground or chair beneath feel the support holding you steady,

Grounding you in the present moment with each breath imagine roots growing from your body into the earth,

Anchoring you deeply as you inhale drawing grounding energy,

Filling you with stability and calm and as you exhale release any doubts,

Fears or limitations now bring to mind something you wish to manifest,

It could be a goal,

An experience or a feeling see it clearly in your mind as though it's already here imagine yourself living this reality,

What do you see around you?

Who is with you?

What emotions are you feeling?

Allow the details to become vivid and tangible feel the joy,

Excitement or peace that comes with this manifestation silently affirm this is my reality,

I am aligned with my desires i am worthy of receiving this with each breath imagine your manifestation coming closer as though you are magnetising it towards you trust that the universe is aligning everything in your favour and taking one last deep breath in,

Filling your body with gratitude for this moment and for the energy of your manifestation,

Hold it for a moment and then exhale releasing it to the universe with trust and confidence when you're ready gently bring your awareness back to the room wiggle your fingers,

Your toes and open your eyes carry this energy of belief and alignment with you as you move through your day
