Letting go is a powerful practice one of trust,
Surrender and deep inner peace.
Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs completely.
Hold for a moment and then exhale through your mouth releasing any tension.
Let's begin.
Bring your awareness to your breath a steady rhythm of air flowing in and out.
With each inhale imagine yourself drawing in fresh,
Calming energy.
With each exhale feel yourself releasing tension,
Stress and anything weighing you down.
Now visualize yourself standing by a gently flowing river.
In your hands you hold small leaves each representing a thought,
Fear or worry that no longer serves you.
One by one place the leaves into the water watching as they float effortlessly downstream.
As you continue to breathe deeply remind yourself that letting go is not losing it is trusting.
Silently affirm I surrender to the flow of life.
I trust that everything is unfolding as it should.
With every breath feel a sense of lightness growing within you.
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding your heart dissolving any remaining tension or resistance.
Let yourself soften into the present moment embracing that freedom comes with surrender.
Take a deep breath in filling your heart with peace.
Hold for a moment and now exhale releasing any last remnants of doubt or fear.
When you're ready gently wiggle your fingers and your toes Bring your awareness back to the present.
Slowly open your eyes carrying the sense of trust and surrender with you throughout your day.
You are free You are at peace You are exactly where you are meant to be.
