Jacqui Bohuslav-Andrews

Jacqui is a Yoga and Meditation teacher with over 20 years’ teaching experience. She has worked locally and internationally offering a range of classes, workshops, seminars and retreats. She specialises in workplace wellness, regularly delivering corporate seminars on mindfulness, resilience and wellbeing. Jacqui is a Gita-style hatha yoga teacher, influenced also by the Krishnamacharya approach and is well versed in many meditation styles.

I really liked this meditation. I found the teacher’s voice soothing. I appreciated the explanation of why I should lie with my palms up. I appreciated the thoroughness of the body scan. I would have preferred if the teacher had said that she was going to be silent for a period of time. I am wasn’t sure if the meditation was over. Then she began speaking again. I have definitely bookmarked. Many thanks.
