Welcome back to this seven part series extracted from my book,
Your Body and Its Natural Eros.
Today is part two and we are going to be exploring the wisdom of your sacral intelligence center.
And how connecting and cultivating relationship with this sacral center will support you in creating the money that you want in your bank account and the next level intimacy that you desire in your love life.
So in part one we talked about the wisdom of the root and its connection to desire and belonging.
And today we are talking about the wisdom of your sacral for women,
It's often called the womb,
And its connection to the rhythms of creation.
And the seasons that we're being called into this in manifesting our desires.
And so,
The womb center is a center of cycles.
Right for women we move through monthly cycles.
Mother Nature moves through seasonal for seasonal cycles.
And so there's a ancient wisdom of tuning into what season am I being called into in my life.
When there are deep desires on our hearts that are true for us.
In other words,
As we talked about in part one,
Connecting to your root wisdom will help you feel into the pulse of what's true for me right now.
What is the true desire in my finances?
What's the true desire in my love life?
What is the true desire to create,
You know,
$80,
000 $100,
000 a million dollars and noticing if our desires come from what we think we can get,
Or what's practical or,
You know,
Same with our relationships,
Are we with this person because we think it's the best we can get or we don't want to be alone or we with this person because we feel like it's true.
This is the person to walk with and create intimacy and connection and passion with.
So,
That's the first stop right,
Which is why we start there in part one what's true.
And then when we feel into okay this is what feels true right now.
And it's not compensating for anything around belonging or in the sacral center,
Sometimes we're compensating for a lack of owning our pleasure.
So what I mean is that we don't feel yummy or juicy or experiencing pleasure daily through our senses and our connection to our bodies,
Our connection to the natural world nature,
We lose touch with that.
We lose touch with our bodies and nature,
And that can cause a feeling of lacklusterness right so we get we get to notice our my desires coming from compensating for essentially neglecting my,
My joy and my pleasure.
So just check in with yourself.
Are you actively investing in your joy and your pleasure in your body and your sensuality your connection to nature.
Because oftentimes these desires will then come forward to try to compensate for that that disconnect.
So,
First,
You know,
Checking in is this desire really true for me right now,
Or am I compensating for lack of safety or belonging.
Right,
Which I'm responsible for creating for myself,
Or am I compensating for a lack of pleasure and joy and sensuality which I'm also responsible for creating for myself,
Or am I deferring that my outsourcing my belonging and I outsourcing my pleasure.
So once we can feel into acknowledging that and cleaning that up right.
And,
And that's a big part of the root wisdom that we talked about in part one,
Then when it comes to part two we get to feel into okay,
I feel like that's cleaned up I'm connected to the truth of what wants to move through me now,
What my truthiest desire,
My truest desire is to create $100,
000 this year this feels like such a magical number to that wants to move through my life and my bank account,
Or I desiring the next level of intimacy and passion in my relationship that feels like the magical invitation that life wants to take me and my partner,
Or this person,
You know,
Whoever you're engaged with in your love life to the next level like life wants to move us through that magic relating.
So when you feel that truth.
The question now is,
What season Am I in what season Am I in in the in the rhythms of creation.
And so when I talk about the seasons there's like a way you can look at the seasons and macro and micro.
In other words,
Every day.
We're experiencing all sorts of cycles and seasons.
For example,
Our breath,
A very micro season seasonal shift our inhale is like spring freshness at the top of the inhales of fullness saturation and expansion of summer,
Our exhale is like autumn,
It's a releasing flow,
And at the bottom of our exhale is stillness nothingness,
Which is like winter,
Right so in the micro every breath contains the four seasons,
A day,
Right,
The morning,
Spring,
The afternoon summer the evening,
Fall,
And the nighttime winter,
Right.
And you can look at the same thing over weeks over months over the natural seasons,
Which take place over three months at a time.
And sometimes we're,
You know,
We're called energetically into different seasons in our lives,
That can last years in an overarching way.
So,
Meaning that we might be being called into a season and energetic season spring,
That feels like it's,
That's really lasting a year or so.
That doesn't mean we don't experience energies of summer,
Autumn and winter inside of that overarching spring.
But if you look over your life.
Over the last,
You can just look in your life now over the last six months.
What's the overarching energetic theme you've been being called into.
And so I'm going to talk about the four seasons and there's the energies of them,
And how partnering with them will support you in in experiencing flow and magic and fun.
As you create the money and the next level intimacy that you desire.
So if you are being called into spring,
The energy of spring overarching in your life,
You're being asked to keep the faith,
There's a way of like life is saying,
Keep showing up.
It's not just little things,
Taking the small actions maybe it's you know with your finances,
It's noticing like little ways that you leak money and in little ways that you can invest your money and have your money work for you.
So it's going to feel like the long game right spring feels a lot like playing the long game here I'm making these micro adjustments.
I'm making the faith that these seeds that I'm tending to with the money I want to create that say 100,
000 dollars,
Or the up level I want to co create my relationship,
A deeper level of passion.
It's these small daily actions that it keeps showing up to it's some people call it discipline I love the word devotion right so it's this beautiful devotion we're being invited into if spring is the overarching theme.
Right.
So,
That's one season another season you might be being invited into a summer you might be feeling like whoa,
There's all these big changes happening in my life huge transitions.
I'm being asked to move across the country and it doesn't make any sense or out of the country or I'm being asked to,
You know,
Ask my partner to to move in with me,
Or,
You know,
Some big external shifts right that that really shakes up the foundation of of your finances or your,
Or your love life,
Or I'm being asked to create a let's just say if you're an entrepreneur,
Create a client that invests with me at $100,
000 I've never done that before.
It's the kind of stuff that makes you terrified,
But also thrilled.
That's the energy of summer it's expansion how much more can I open,
How much more outrageous risks that can I take in life might be really asking you to,
To,
To jump off the cliff,
So to speak,
Overarching if you just look in your life,
The past six months or so.
You might be being called into the energy of autumn so autumn you might be feeling like you're plunged into all this healing work and lots of emotional processing and lots of grief moving through you and endings and noticing like lots of inner criticism and facing all the voices inside you that that have needed attention for so long and they just won't wait any longer right life will be asking you to move into those healing spaces of autumn.
And it'll be pretty clear.
You'll know when you're in it.
And again,
These can last for a couple weeks to a couple years right if you just look over your life.
How long have I been asked to really deepen my relationship with this season.
In service to your desires right those,
The true desires of,
You know,
The finances and the love life that you that you crave.
And lastly,
Maybe you're being called into the season of winter.
So if you're being called into winter it's like they might feel like your life is stalled,
Or like you might feel lost or you might feel like you don't know who you are or you're questioning everything.
And there's,
There's a real dissolution that happens in winter.
So it's a huge ego death it's a time of becoming nothing,
And even loosening loosening the.
Well,
We don't want to be gripping our desires ever because then you know attachment sports,
The flow of actually letting,
Letting the abundance and the love in.
But let's say you already have a light light relationship with your desires right which is is what is optimal.
And this even asked you to go a step further and totally let the desire go like,
Actually,
You know this desire feels true for me of creating $100,
000 this year or this desire of stepping the next level and with my partner,
And our relationship feels true and I'm actually gonna really let it go completely,
Not in a way that's complacent but in a,
In a surrendered,
Like,
I'm willing to hear anything that is not true about this desire.
I,
You know,
From the root wisdom work that we did in part one,
You feel the pulse of the truth of this desire and this is like a checks and balances it's a way of refining our truth detector muscle it's a way of refining our root wisdom.
The season of winter,
It has us really check in,
Is this really what life wants to move through me now and you might notice actually life saying,
Instead of $100,
000 let's go for a million or instead of an up level with this person maybe it's,
It's actually a form change,
And no longer up leveling with this person but still up leveling your,
Your love life but perhaps to complete this form and move into a different form or maybe it's reinventing relationship with this person right so to step into the up level with this person.
It's going to require a whole new way of being of relating to yourself and your,
And your partner to be to actually recreate your relationship into a whole new iteration.
But we can't feel we can't feel into the truth of that if we're not willing to completely let go of who we think we are and what our deepest desires are right.
And then,
You know,
The cycle begins again and we,
We,
Okay okay here's the deepest truth here's the pulse of truth moving through me I can feel it in my root.
What season by being called into now.
And after refining that that truth in the season of winter maybe you're being called into spring,
You know and start tending those baby steps and devotion and faith.
Sometimes it skips a season and throws you right into summer right from winter right.
So that's what's so neat about tuning into your sacral wisdom is you're,
You're tuning into the rhythms of creation and the season that life wants to create with you and making magic and letting yourself have the abundance and the love life that you deeply desire.
The last thing I want to speak to is how oftentimes you'll hear people say,
Oh,
It's just not in divine timing.
That's why I don't have the hundred thousand dollars or the relationship that I want.
I have to,
You know,
Wait for my partner or for their potential or for some miracle to come into my life,
Or,
You know,
It's,
It's on God,
You know,
And there is.
I want to speak to how like there is some truth to that like there's a way that sometimes we think we're the only ones that are creating our lives and so it's important to remember we are co creators,
That we can be open to receiving miracles and like we're the only ones that wants to bless us and love on us right.
And there can be a way of deferring our power and outsourcing our power in that same breath right so on one hand yes surrender,
Allow life and God to just love on you and pour blessings into your life.
And also if you notice you're waiting or deferring your power because you're waiting for divine timing or you're waiting for your partner or you're waiting for the client.
That's where I invite you to look at how that's a power leak you create you co create really right or you co creating with life through the truth moving through you what life wants to create through you now,
You create the client who invested $100,
000,
Or,
You know,
$100,
000 if it's not through a client it's through investments or,
You know,
Other ways of generating income.
It's it,
You're the one who creates the next level of your relationship because you are a stand for how you want to relate,
And the kind of relationship you want to create and you invite your partner into it so there's more specific nuanced ways to get through it.
I just want to speak to that that oftentimes people defer to define timing and,
And it's a cop out because you when you are partnered with creation.
When you are partnered with life,
Life and you're listening to the pulse of truth moving through you divine timing is now it's always now,
What does life want to create through you now.
The abundance and the love life you desire that's true for you is actually here and available now.
How can you partner with life with magic.
The source to,
And the season that you're being called into how can you surrender to that flow of that season that rhythm of that season to have fun.
You let yourself have the money move into your bank account,
Or the relationship move into its up level.
So,

If you're willing just look where do you notice that you defer your power onto divine timing.
And you're waiting.
You're waiting on God,
Or you're waiting on a sort of life,
Or you're waiting on your partner or you're waiting on some client to magically fall in your lap,
Or the investment to magically happen,
You know,
Like,
Yeah,
And,
And where do you not trust your own magic to on the same token where do you not co create where do you only put the mantle of creation on your own shoulders and,
And not surrender to life's blessings and miracles and magic.
So,
It's a both end.
So I'd love for you to share in the comments where do you defer your power,
Whether it's outsourcing it or overloading and not partnering with life.
And the seasons.
That's question number one question number two,
Where do you outsource your pleasure and your vitality and your sensuality and your joy.
Where do you not invest in that daily.
Because that that will distort and create static when you're trying to tune into the seasons that you're being called into or the truth of your desires,
That'll be distorted because you'll feel lackluster or drained.
So where do you,
Where do you defer and an outsource your pleasure and to partner or life or,
Or something outside of you,
As opposed to creating joy and giving yourself the joy and nourishment that that you would love what kind of food would feel really nourishing what kind of activities and movement and music and art and creation would feel really juicy,
And are you giving that to yourself are you withholding it,
Because this will disturb your ability to flow with the season you're being called into and ultimately disturb your ability to actually have the abundance that you say you want or the up level you say you want your relationship.
So that's question number two.
And the final question is what season are you being called into.
If you just look in your life over the past six weeks or six months,
There's an overarching theme.
Again,
You can see some pops of like,
Oh,
A big transition that was like a summer,
A week of summer transition and big action or,
You know,
I went through a whole month of autumn.
Right and then two weeks of winter.
But overall I've been really in spring,
Right for the past six months I've been really asked to tend to my devotion and to show up daily with these with these small actions,
Or maybe you know,
Any one of the seasons you just look in your life and you'll know,
You'll see what life has been inviting you into.
I'd love to hear from you.
Which season have you been invited into Have you been resisting it,
Perhaps you're right in the middle of a season change now perhaps you've been in summer and it's been big and all these exciting big external changes and now you're being invited into autumn and you're like,
No,
I want to stay in the big vibrance of summer.
And now I'm being called to go inward and like,
Heal.
Right.
Or maybe you love being in the healing phase and you're,
You've been in autumn and you're being asked to move into something more like summer,
Like big actions and you're like no I'm happy to just stay in my cocoon of self healing.
I don't want to take those big actions out in the world right so you can just notice where you have resistance to the seasons you're being called into and how you withhold yourself from partnering with life and magic and letting yourself have what you truly want.
