I have been attending a workshop for the Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) and was stuck with their use of terms like mindfulness and “loving kindness.” This Mindfulness course helped me tremendously, and while it took me about 21 days into the course for things to really click together in my mind, the revelations and peace that followed have been immensely rewarding and life changing. I have shared this course with a number of loves ones in my life. I pray that it helps them as it helped me. Thank you, Jack and Tara! I will be cycling through it again!
