Welcome to this Abundance Meditation.
My name is Natalie Q and I am so excited to have you here.
I am happy that you've chosen yourself by showing up to this practice.
Before we begin,
I want you to find a comfortable position that can be lying down,
Maybe sitting upright,
Just listening to what you need right now.
Now let's begin by closing your eyes,
Taking a few deep cleansing breaths.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Hold for a moment,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's do that one more time.
Inhale through your nose,
Hold,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
I want you to feel all the tension leaving your body with each exhale.
And now bring your awareness to your body starting from the top of your head.
Imagine a warm soothing light gently flowing through your body.
Allow this light to relax every muscle and release any tension it encounters.
Feeling moving through your scalp,
Your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Down to your shoulders,
And your chest,
Your back,
Your arms.
Feel all of it get heavy,
Down to your hips,
To your legs,
And all the way down to your toes.
Relax every inch of your body.
And now bring to mind something you're truly grateful for.
This could be a person,
A situation,
An achievement,
Or simply the gift of life itself.
Visualize this source of gratitude as a brilliant light in your heart center,
Radiating warmth and positivity.
Now imagine yourself in a place of abundance.
It could be a beautiful garden,
A beach,
A mountain,
Or any place that resonates with your idea of abundance.
See yourself surrounded by all the things you desire.
Love,
Joy,
Prosperity,
Success,
And opportunities.
Visualize these desires as vibrant glowing orbs of light.
One by one,
Pick up these orbs and place them in your heart center,
Where the light of gratitude resides.
As each emerges with your heart's light,
Feel a sense of fulfillment and alignment with the energy of abundance and gratitude.
And now repeat the following affirmations to yourself either out loud or silently.
I am open to receiving abundance in all areas of my life.
I attract opportunities and success effortlessly.
I am grateful for the abundance that flows into my life.
And now visualize the light in your heart center growing brighter and more expansive.
Feel it expanding to fill your entire body,
Then radiating outward,
Encompassing your entire being.
Imagine this light reaching out to touch the lives of others,
Expressing positivity,
Love,
And abundance to all.
Take a moment to bask in this feeling of abundance and gratitude.
Know that you have connected with the energy of abundance within yourself.
Take your time,
And then whenever you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Wingle your fingers and toes,
And when you're comfortable,
No rush,
Open your eyes.
Remember that abundance is a mindset,
A mindset that can cultivate over time.
Regular practice of this meditation can really help shift your perspective and attract more positivity and abundance into your life.
Be proud of yourself.
