Hello everyone.

Welcome to this meditation on confidence.

This space is for you to really reconnect to your inner strength and recognize the beauty and power within you.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

And if you haven't done so already,

I want you to slowly close your eyes.

We'll begin by relaxing the body.

I want you to imagine that there's a beautiful golden light on the top of your head.

This golden light represents relaxation.

Now imagine this light flowing through the crown of your head.

Allow it to relax.

Now feel it flowing down to your forehead.

Gently release.

Feel it softening your eyebrows,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Your cheeks and your jaw.

Now moving down to your neck and shoulders,

Your back,

Your chest,

Your arms and your fingertips.

Feel this light now moving down to your hips,

Your thighs and knees,

Your calves and your beautiful grounded feet.

Feel the ebb and flow of relaxation consume every single cell in your body.

And now I want you to take a deep breath in through the nose.

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Completely surrendering your body to relaxation.

Let's take another deep breath in and imagine yourself inhaling confidence and strength.

And as you exhale,

Release any doubts or fears.

Let's do that one more time.

Inhale deeply and fill yourself up with empowering energy.

Exhale,

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

And I want you to come back slowly to your natural breath.

Take your time getting there.

I want you to imagine yourself in a place where you completely feel safe and at peace.

This could be a beautiful garden,

A serene beach,

Maybe a cozy room.

And I want you to picture this place vividly in your mind.

What colors do you see?

What sounds are you hearing?

What things do you smell?

I want you to take a couple seconds to just envision this safe and peaceful place.

And now that you have,

I want you to envision yourself sitting maybe in a comfortable seat or a cushion,

Maybe the sand,

Maybe you're surrounded by flowers in this beautiful garden.

And as you sit there,

I want you to feel that same warm golden light that gave you relaxation earlier in this meditation.

But now envision this golden light surrounding you.

And this light now represents your confidence and inner strength.

Visualize this light entering your body with each inhale,

Filling you with a sense of empowerment.

See it radiate from your heart center,

Spreading warmth and confidence through your entire being.

Feel yourself sitting upright with your spine straight,

Your shoulders relaxed,

With your head held up high.

Imagine there's a calm,

Serene expression on your face.

You're completely at ease,

Fully present in this moment.

I want you to imagine yourself facing challenges with grace and resilience.

See yourself speaking with clarity and assurance.

Your voice is steady and strong.

Picture the respect and admiration in the eyes of those around you as they witness your confidence and authenticity.

And as you continue to breathe,

Let this visualization strengthen your belief in yourself.

And know that this confidence is always within you,

Ready to support you in any situation.

And as you sit in this beautiful,

Peaceful place,

This place of power,

I want you to repeat these affirmations to yourself,

Either silently or out loud.

You'll hear them both in English and Spanish.

And let these words sink into every single part of your being.

I am worthy of every success and blessing that comes my way.

My confidence shines from within and I embrace it fully.

I am capable,

Powerful,

And deserving of greatness.

My voice is strong and I speak my truth with grace and ease.

I honor my heritage and carry the strength of my ancestors with me.

I am proud of the woman I am becoming.

I trust myself.

I radiate confidence in everything I do.

I stand tall in my identity and my purpose.

And now I want you to take a few minutes,

A few seconds,

To really breathe these affirmations in deeply.

I want you to let each one fill you in with a sense of certainty and peace.

I want you to let go of any lingering doubts or insecurities.

You're exactly where you need to be and you're more than enough.

And as we begin to close this meditation,

I want you to know that this confidence,

This power is always within you.

It's something that you don't have to search for.

It lives inside you every day,

Every moment.

And to close this out,

Let's take one more deep breath in.

And exhale and know that you carry this confidence with you,

That it's radiating from within.

The world will see it,

But most importantly,

You see it.

And whenever you need to return to this feeling of confidence,

Remember this place.

It's always here for you,

Waiting to remind you of the unstoppable woman that you are.

And whenever you're ready,

I want you to slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently bringing movement back into your body.

For taking this time to nurture your inner world.
