I am a psychologist and certified CBT hypnotherapist with over 18 years of experience working with people through stress, burnout, anxiety, sleep, and life’s bigger transitions. My purpose is simple - to create something that genuinely helps. Not generic wellness content, but precise, evidence-based tools that meet you where you actually are. Through guided courses, meditations, and original sound journeys, I aim to create a space where the nervous system can finally exhale. Where the mind quiets not through force but through the right conditions being created for it. Where rest, clarity, and a sense of yourself become possible again. Sound has always been central to this work. I am also an artist / composer and the music you find here is created with the same intention as the psychology behind it. Every track, every soundscape, every course is designed to work with your body and mind directly. My work blends occupational psychology, CBT hypnotherapy, somatic approaches, and neuroscience - but what drives it is much simpler than any of those words. I have seen what chronic stress and exhaustion cost people. And I wanted to help. Let’s walk this path together. Everything here is evidence-based, carefully crafted, and designed for real life - not a perfect meditation cushion.
