I love step 6 and those Was a beautiful meditation to follow ❤️... I would have really loved to hear the crackling of the forest floor and then the crashing of the waves coming in and the seagulls and then the dolphins splash and sounds at the end over the piano 🎹 (which i did not enjoy)...... Thank you .... Namaste ✌️ 💗 🙏

As I start work on Step 4 I found this an enlightening and motivational meditation. The imagery of the ampitheatre and being an observer will, hopefully, get me past my “writers block”. Thank you.

Interesting process. Thank you for your help. I'm not sure I can visualize people I have hurt being compassionate towards me right now, but I might try it again later and see if things have shifted. Thank you for this meditation.
