A restorative meditation that provides space for deliberate relaxation. I first discovered this practice during an Insight Timer challenge and I really appreciate its simplicity. The additional inhalation to fill the lungs enables a brief pause before the exhalation, effectively slowing down the overall process. I felt lighter, more relaxed, and calm by the end of the meditation.
