Dan Jones has an Insight Timer group - Dan Jones Sleep Stories & Meditations. He has over 20 years experience teaching hypnotherapy, meditation, therapeutic storytelling, family support and autism understanding. Dan has authored over 35 books on these subjects. He started his career in the 1990's helping troubled children and teens in children's homes, including helping them sleep well, then progressed to teaching parents how to do this with their children while he worked extensively in intensive, high-level family support. He ran a private practice alongside this from 2001, focusing on supporting those with depression and anxiety disorders and has created over 500 healing & sleep meditations and stories.
