So just take a moment to allow your eyes to close and allow yourself to Begin to relax.
And as you begin to comfortably fall asleep.
I don't know whether you'll drift to sleep faster to the sound of my voice or whether it'll be to the spaces between my words.
And as you comfortably drift to sleep.
I'm just gonna tell this bedtime story in the background.
And you're wandering along the edge of a river.
And the water is lapping softly on the shore.
And it's weaving itself carefully.
Around rocks jutting out into that water.
And the water as it wraps around the rocks.
Is creating the softest foam.
And you watch the way.
That water is foaming around the edge of the rocks.
As it bubbles up and becomes all chaotic.
And the light from the sun dances over the surface of the water.
As you watch a leaf weave and slalom.
Between those rocks.
Hurtling down the river.
And you follow this river.
Down towards the water well.
The water jumping down into the wheel,
Climbing down that wheel being lowered.
Into the river at a lower level.
And this water world.
Generates a small amount of electricity.
The powers alike.
Which gently illuminates this area.
There are a few chairs and tables.
On a wooden platform.
On the edge of this river.
And so you sit down on one of those chairs and you watch.
As that water continues on.
And the footpath.
You were walking along continues on following the river.
Weaving and winding its way through the countryside.
Before passing under some bridges.
Approaching a nearby town.
And as you rest here.
Listening to the water churning past you.
The bubbling of that water as it flows.
Feeling the warmth of the sun overhead.
You watch as other people wander by.
Some greeting you.
Just saying hello as they walk and smiling in your direction.
Others not even noticing that you're there.
You watch the way that people are in tune with each other.
The way as they walk past.
Their arms swing in time with each other.
Each footstep that they take matches each other.
And even families walking past.
You notice that the children's legs match the rhythm of the stride of the adult's legs.
Were a few steps for each child.
Matches one step for an adult.
You notice how the people walking past.
Are sharing the same breathing pattern.
How their behaviour seems to almost be dancing with each other.
One will be saying or doing something.
While the other is doing something else.
And then they'll swap over.
Like a gentle dance back and forth.
And some people walk past fast.
As if there's somewhere they want to be,
Even if there really isn't.
Other people are just ambling along.
Door link.
Along the edge of the water.
In a very unhurried way.
Some walk and stop and walk and stop.
And they all share.
Similar patterns to each other.
In their group.
But each group has its own unique pattern.
And sometimes you catch snippets of conversations.
And you wonder.
What bits of the conversations are missing to give context to what you heard.
You hear someone walking past saying,
And then she tiptoed through the tulips.
And everyone laugh.
And you wonder what came before or after.
And who she was.
And as you continue resting there and the sun continues across the sky and gradually starts to set so the number of people passing by.
Gradually thins out.
There are now more people walking by with dogs.
And they'll throw things for the dogs and the dogs will go bounding off.
After what's been thrown.
Some people will pretend to throw something for a dog.
And the dog will go running.
And then stop.
Look confused.
And start searching around before returning to the owner.
Some people will do that a few times before the dog just loses interest and catches on to what they're doing.
And so you watch the people and their pets.
You see someone wandering past with their cat.
And the cat's wearing a small jacket and a tiny hat.
And the cat.
Heads over to the water and tentatively taps its toes into the water.
Water rushing between its toes.
And then it carefully steps further into the water.
Before fully immersing itself in that water.
Paddling around a bit.
And then turning and paddling against the flow of the water,
Keeping itself on its spot,
Its little legs flailing away beneath the surface.
Holding its chin up high.
With its little hat on top of its head.
Before exiting the water.
And its body looking about half the size of its head.
And then its owner getting a towel out of their bag.
Wrapping the cat in the towel and.
.
.
Patting the cat down.
And then the cat being all fluffy.
Then that cat starts rolling around on the grass.
Rubbing its side on the grass,
Its back on the grass.
Its cheek on the grass.
And then that owner and the cat.
Sit down on the grass for a little while.
And you just watch,
Taking in what's going on.
And every now and then bring your attention back and notice they're still sat there.
And then with the sun,
Now just touching the tip of the horizon.
You set off and continue walking along the edge of the river.
Walking down towards that town.
Over the bridge heading into the town.
New head.
To a hotel in this town.
You check yourself in and go to the room.
And after settling into the room.
You head back downstairs to go and have something to eat.
And after you've eaten.
You sit in the bar area.
Resting in the most comfortable chair continuing to just watch the people who come in,
How they interact.
Watching the way that.
.
.
People seem to have an unconscious dance with each other.
When one steps forward,
The other will often step back.
If one leans forward,
The other might lean back a bit.
And from time to time you'll notice that somebody leans forward and the other person leans forward as well.
Other times you'll notice two people lean away from each other.
Some people you see are standing up talking to each other but they'll move themselves around to be just the other side of a counter.
And they've got a smile on their face and yet they've put a barrier between themselves and the other person.
Sometimes you'll notice someone do this and the person they're talking to will start moving.
To move into a position where the barrier isn't in the way anymore.
And they'll gradually circle that barrier as one moves around clearing the barrier and the other one moves around a bit more.
Almost covertly attempting to put the barrier back between them.
You watch the way people's feet face,
Sometimes towards the exit,
Sometimes towards certain people.
And the way when you can't hear what someone's saying.
You can notice.
That what they seem to be doing doesn't match what it looks like they're trying to say.
And as it gets later and later.
You eventually decide to head back to your room.
Settle down and drift comfortably asleep.
And as you.
Drift comfortably and peacefully asleep.
You're taken in by how comfortable this bed is.
You can feel how comfortable that pillow is under your head,
The way it seems to support your head just right.
Almost as if it's allowing the softness to flow into your muscles.
Bringing peace and comfort.
To the muscles around the back of your head and your scalp,
Around your forehead,
Around your ears.
How the muscles around your eyes start to soften and relax.
Get sleepier and heavier.
How it seems to flow so easily and effortlessly.
Down around your jaw.
Around your cheeks.
Around your lips and your nose.
How your breathing carefully slows with each out breath.
And that relaxation flows deeper.
And deeper.
Flowing in and around your neck.
Softening,
Relaxing the muscles and the back of the neck,
The side of the neck,
Through the front of the neck.
Down into your shoulders,
Across your shoulders and around your upper back.
With each out breath.
Relaxing those muscles deeper.
And deeper.
As the relaxation carefully,
Slowly flows down each arm softening the biceps,
The triceps,
The forearms,
All the way down to the fingertips.
And as the arms get heavier and heavier,
Resting beside you in bed.
That relaxation starts to move down around your chest,
Your upper back and down into your sides deep within you,
Down towards your lower back and your stomach.
Relaxation moving so easily and effortlessly.
Down around your buttocks.
And your thighs.
All the way down your legs.
Your feet right down to the tips of your toes.
And as your body continues to relax deeply and comfortably while you drift peacefully asleep your mind begins to drift and dream.
And you dream.
About wandering through an unknown quaint town.
And as you wander through this town.
So you see a field of pumpkins.
But you notice that these don't look like ordinary pumpkins.
Each of those pumpkins.
Seems to be forming a face.
And within each face.
The eyes and mouth and nose begins to glow.
And you see.
Just in front of each pumpkin.
Is a tiny little card.
And written on each card.
Is a name.
And you're curious.
Why these pumpkins have faces and names before them.
And you head over and take a closer look.
And as you get closer.
You see that there's a person within these fields.
And you head over towards that person and with a smile and looking so friendly they're more than happy to greet you.
And they introduce themselves.
As being Cactus Jack.
They say that they're the juiciest farmer in town.
And they're known as that.
Because any time.
They're referenced in town.
All they ever hear is people saying,
Juicy Jack.
And cactus jack.
Creates.
These very specific pumpkins.
Each pumpkin is created with a wish.
The Cactus Jack goes from door to door.
Asks the children in every single house.
If they have one wish.
For how their jack-o'-lanterns should love.
And who they should be.
And they imbue.
A little note with their name on.
With that wish.
And that's planted.
In front of the seed.
For that.
Specific.
Pumpkin.
And as that seed grows.
It forms straight into.
The jack-o'-lantern.
For that individual.
And it's built from the magic of that note.
And then at a certain time of year.
Each of those is gathered up.
And Cactus Jack's trap.
And Jack takes all of the Jacks.
To their new homes.
And for a period of time,
Those jacks live in their new homes.
Bringing good luck and good fortune to each house.
And you ask.
About what else goes on around here.
It's said,
People always say juicy jack.
Do you see Jack what?
And he said the other day.
He grew the largest.
Jack-o'-lantern he'd ever grown.
And it was known as Disco Ball.
It flashed and danced.
Letting out multi-colours.
As he carried that as the sole thing on his truck as it was the only thing that would fit on his truck.
He heard everyone saying as he went past,
Do you see Jack?
With that ball on his truck.
And the kaleidoscope of colors.
Flashed and flickered and danced through town.
And he took it to the person whose home it was for.
He said that he follows Moore's code.
His belief that more is always better.
You wandered through the air.
Field of jack-o-lanterns.
And you felt that every single face.
Had a consciousness.
And an awareness of what was going on.
And then you heard.
The sound of an unusual instrument being played.
And you saw those jack-o'-lanterns.
Jumping out.
Out of the ground.
A little bit like the Pied Piper,
They were heading over all by themselves towards Jack's truck.
And they all leapt into the trap.
In a very organized kind of way.
With the last one accidentally knocking the instrument.
As it fell to the floor.
And at first you thought the instrument broke.
But Jack said no,
It's a two-pack.
It's supposed to do that.
That's how it makes its noise.
That comes apart,
Ready to come back together.
And you watched as Cactus Jack drove off.
And you walked through the empty field.
Like walking deeper and deeper into your unconscious.
Now finding your way.
Through from one feel.
Into another.
Down into the most magical looking woodland.
Walking through this woodland.
And seeing hovering before you,
A candle just floating there.
And you would say it was lighting the way.
But it was really just lighting such a small area.
And so you walked a little faster to try to catch up with that candle so that you would be closer to what it's lighting But the faster you ran to catch up with the candle.
The faster the candle moved away from you.
Until eventually the candle stopped at a cabin.
Passed in through the cabin window.
And rested itself into a candle holder just the other side of the window.
As if that was always its home.
And so you walked up to that cabin.
Tabs.
On the door of the cabin.
And there wasn't any answer.
So you carefully let yourself in.
You called out hello.
And a teddy bear.
Looked up towards you from the chair and smiled.
Said they didn't hear you there.
And you saw that the teddy bear.
Sitting in that chair.
Had a sewing machine in front of them.
They said they were just sewing their ears back together.
They'd accidentally broken them.
Because of old age.
Making them easy to get damaged.
They're just sewing them back together and then they'll put them on and when they do they'll be able to hear you.
As you stand and wait,
Listening to them sewing those ears back together.
Before they then hold one ear up in place.
And stitch that into place.
And then the other ear up in place and stitch that into place.
And then they clap their paws together.
Yep,
I can hear now.
And then they begin a conversation with you.
Asking who you are,
Where you've come from.
Deeply curious.
About you.
You explain,
You just follow that candle.
And they say,
Old bean.
Beings always running away.
They say that Bean likes it to go wandering.
Beam wanders out into the woods.
I don't know if there has been,
Or was been,
And is been.
Don't know what kind of bean they are.
But they're always a runner.
Always disappearing off into those woods.
Exploring the woods.
And this teddy bear.
Invites you to take a seat.
And they make you a drink.
They offer you some biscuits and you sit down and enjoy those biscuits.
And as you sit down,
You feel yourself sitting deeper and deeper asleep.
Almost like you've just moved down a level of sleep in your mind.
And you drift.
From this dream.
Deeper sleep,
Almost like enjoying the drink and biscuits,
Makes you feel really sleepy.
To the point where your eyes close here.
And you transfer.
From a consciousness here in this dream.
To a no-mind consciousness.
Of deep recuperative sleep.
And you settle into this deep recuperative sleep.
In this dreamless sleep.
Aware of a part of you moving around within you.
Tootling around from place to place,
Almost like they have a check board.
And they're ticking off.
Different things they find.
Making sure everything works well.
Draining some bits out filling other bits out.
Dusting things,
Tidying things up.
Fixing some bits up.
Testing other bits.
Until they're sure of that.
The whole of you has been checked over.
And has got the seal of approval.
And you pass through the various stages of sleep.
Until you begin to emerge from the other side.
Awakening in the morning,
Feeling so deeply refreshed,
Relaxed and revitalized.
Opening your eyes on another day.
Getting yourself ready in the morning,
Opening the window to breathe in some fresh morning air before heading down to have some breakfast.
And then out to explore the town.
And when you're out exploring the town.
You notice that things here have a slight unusual quality.
Not as unusual as a dream.
But more unusual than you're used to where you've come from.
You walk into a building.
That has a curious sign on the front.
And the door trings as you walk in.
You see a man sat on a swivel chair.
In front of a wall.
Full of CCTV cameras.
And they're fiddling with a wire,
As if trying to fix something up.
And one or two of the cameras of those screens look like they just have static on them.
But one of the other screens catches your attention.
And the person greets you and says that This building is just a bunch of random rooms.
That are used for different things.
And they just watch over those rooms.
They can see what's taking place in each room and when they're needed in a room.
They can see that they're needed and go and head to that room.
And they say that this place.
.
.
Is known as the circus.
Because all sorts of crazy stuff happens here.
That doesn't really happen outside of here.
Just a little bit.
A circular corridor with rooms off of that corridor.
At each room.
Is a room to something different,
Something a little strange.
This is a place where dreams come true.
And you wander down the corridor.
And you walk past a room,
You glance through the square window in the door and inside the room.
It looks like a dojo.
And you see an old cat.
With a red headband.
And wispy,
White.
Whiskers.
Hanging droopily down beside their mouth.
And some long white.
Patch of fur.
On that chain.
And stood before them.
Is a room full of young kittens.
And this master cat.
Calls for them to stop messing around.
As they're leaping around all over the place and on each other.
He gets them all in lines.
As them will bow.
One of them comes up and he demonstrates.
Some jujitsu on them.
Thing about kittens and cats in general is whenever they're thrown they keep just landing on their feet anyway.
And so it makes for a very curious.
For you when you're watching those kittens practicing.
They keep throwing each other and moving each other around,
But they keep landing on their feet.
Having to counter each other.
Trying to get them onto their back.
And it's a very difficult process to make that happen.
The kittens look like they're having so much fun.
Even if the master looks a bit wary.
Like they're getting a bit tired of this.
Having so many active kittens around them.
You wander past another room.
And you swear.
You see Cactus Jack in that room.
With his.
Giant disco ball.
And he seems to be dancing.
Almost like he's in a 1970s disco.
And through another room.
You see a unicorn wearing a tiara.
With ballet music playing.
Seemingly tiptoeing through a field of tulips.
Doing the occasional pirouette.
Through another.
Window and a door.
It just looks like outer space.
You just see a starship.
Drifting through space.
You can almost feel the rumble at the door,
Although you can't hear anything.
And through another door.
Swear that it's the teddy bear who is sewing their ears together.
And another door.
Looks.
Like the tops of clouds and in the distance.
A bright white palace.
And you wonder whether you can open any of these doors.
What would happen if you went into one of these rooms?
So you carefully open this door.
Step onto the clouds,
And at first you wonder whether you'll just fall through clouds like you expect.
But instead.
You step on the clouds.
And it feels like stepping.
On the softest trampoline.
Or mattresses.
Each footstep has a slight bounce to it.
As you will.
Across the tops of these clouds.
And because of that bounce you decide to leap.
Almost skipping.
Towards that palace.
And at the palace.
You walk up the steps.
Which aren't as bouncy as the clouds.
But are still quite soft,
Almost like walking on marshmallows.
You carefully open the door.
And overhead.
In the first room the other side of the door.
Is a large chandelier.
Sparkling.
The light dancing.
Filling the room.
You can almost hear it twinkling.
And singing overhead.
You walk through the room.
And agreed to it.
By a woman who looks a bit like a fairy.
With the most delicate wings.
And she tells you.
At this place.
Is a place where dreams never end.
Place where you can always be on cloud nine.
There is no cloud one to eight.
Because you only need cloud nine.
And she shows you through.
To a special room.
Where you can learn.
Over all of the pleasant dreams that everyone has.
And she says this is where dreams are made.
We send them out.
To every single person.
As soon as they start to dream.
Once their eyes start dancing.
They draw one of these dreams to themselves.
And it's the dream that means the most to them in that moment.
It gets drawn to them.
It fills their mind.
And they can absorb themselves in the dream.
Like the dream you had when you fell asleep in the hotel.
You had the dream you needed to have to learn what you needed to learn.
To help you with where you're at today.
With what's important to you right now.
And you'll have a different dream in the future.
And you look and see those different dreams And she says that,
We follow Moore's cove.
We believe that more is better.
Give people more pleasure in their mind.
And they can absorb themselves in that.
Finding deeper peace and comfort.
Learning more.
About themselves.
Finding new ways of being and doing.
And you're aware you've heard all this before in a different way.
She says all you need to do.
.
.
Is decide what you wish to be dreaming.
Just let that be on your mind before you settle down.
There's a kaleidoscope of options.
And you'll draw the right option to you.
When you sleep.
And you head back through the palace and find your way back out into that corridor.
And it takes quite a while to continue around that corridor checking the other rooms.
Seeing what else is taking place here.
Before finding your way back.
To that person in front of those CCTV cameras.
And they seem to have just finished with the wires and all the cameras seem to now be working.
And they say here's a parcel for you.
Take that away.
And when you settle down and drift to sleep.
Just think about and imagine.
What you'd love to find in that parcel.
And you take that parcel away continue to explore for a while around the town.
Of hiding back.
To the hotel.
You head up to your room and sort yourself out before heading down to have something to eat.
And after eating and people watching for a little while.
And sitting out in the back garden for a while to enjoy the evening air.
To watch the stars.
To watch the moon pass across the sky.
You head back in and head to bed.
You think about that parcel and what you'd like it to be.
Sounds like it's a parcel that's not meant to be opened at least not right now What do you think about what you'd like it to be?
Close your eyes and wonder that You truly,
Honestly.
Wonder.
What you'd like that parcel to be.
And as you wonder what you'd like that parcel to be,
So you start to drift asleep Stop yourself from drifting off and wondering and wondering about this and that.
You decide to gently count yourself down,
Knowing you can lose track of the numbers at some point.
Talking your way gently to sleep from twenty.
19.
18.
Seventeen.
Sixteen.

Floating,
So peacefully,
So comfortably relaxed asleep.
Into slumberland.
