Let's prepare to relax through this 61 point guided relaxation.

So gather a blanket,

A rolled towel under your neck,

And maybe something to cover your eyes.

And then lie on your back in Shavasana.

Your feet are comfortably apart,

Arms alongside the body.

And make any movements you need to before you feel settled.

Bring your attention now to the space between your eyebrows.

Into your throat centre.

The right shoulder.
