She became a yoga teacher after she almost experienced burn out, working long hours in a shipping company. Since then, she is devoted to make busy working women find time and taking care of themselves in order to remain calm in all situations. She provides a wide variety of services, such as online/in person group and private (1:1) classes, online programs for deeper transformation, workshops and retreats.
