Quick Morning Meditation

Transcript

Good morning,

It's Karista Flocken,

Your intuitive meditation coach.

The first thing I want you to do is to stretch and find yourself in a very comfortable position.

Ideally you're seated with your feet flat on the floor,

But if you want to lie down that's okay too.

I'll give you another moment.

Okay,

Now breathe.

Connect with your breath.

This is your life source.

All comes in and out of the breath.

Good.

Now I want you to check in with your aura.

This is a sphere of energy around you that is the home to your energy.

It's colorful and bright.

It's you.

From a first-person point of view,

Notice how big your aura is.

What colors appear.

Is it centered?

I'll give you a few moments to do just that,

To look.

If you can't see your aura,

That's okay.

Over time you'll be able to see it with increasing clarity.

Good.

Whatever you saw,

Stay amused.

That's where you're starting from today.

Now check in with your grounding.

If you're lying back,

You'll notice your body sink further into the bed or sofa.

If you're seated,

You'll feel your feet flatten,

Become wider on the floor.

In order to ground,

You must first intend to ground.

So with your intention,

Ask Earth to send a tree trunk up from its core through the floor,

Wherever you are,

Through your aura,

And then ask that tree trunk to wrap around your waist,

Holding you tight.

When you've done that,

Great.

Now ask Earth to take any energy out of you or your aura that is no longer in service of you.

Watch the energy slide away down that tree trunk.

Feel the weight release.

Feel your body slide further into the bed or your feet sink further into the floor.

Very good.

I'll give you a few more moments to do that.

Okay.

Now that you're grounded,

I want you to increase your protection.

On the outside of your aura bubble,

Imagine a shield.

A shield the size of your body.

Ask that shield to block any energy coming your way today that is harmful to you.

Over time,

You'll be able to see energy coming your way and go directly into your shield,

Which absorbs the impact.

Great.

This shield will be with you throughout the day.

Lastly,

And this is the step that matters most,

Let's reclaim your energy.

With your intention,

Ask the highest power you believe in.

For me,

It's God.

For others,

It might be the universe or particular deity.

Ask that highest power you believe in to find your scattered energy,

Heal it,

And return it to you.

I'll give you a second to do that now.

Watch as that scattered energy of yours enters your aura and body.

Notice how you feel.

Notice how things shift for you.

Congratulations.

You're now ready for your day.
