You'll feel or see a tree trunk coming up out of the earth and wrap around your waist,

You're one step closer to great rest.

Ask earth to take any energy out of you or your aura that is no longer of service to you.
I'll give you a second to do that.
Watch that energy slide away down that tree trunk.
Feel the weight release,
Feel your body slide further into the bed or your feet sink further into the floor.

Now that you're grounded and you let go of your day,
I want you to intend to have clear dreams.
Ask an animal guide to appear before you.
Just with your eyes closed,
Just ask literally for an animal guide to appear before you.
You might see a wolf,
A bear,
A badger,
A lizard.
Just take note of what animal guide appears.
Ask that animal guide to assist you in having clear dreams this evening.

Now that you've sent the intention for clear dreams,
With the help of an animal guide,
Let's move on.
Now,
Let's set up protection around your bed so that you have undisturbed sleep.
With your intention again,
Create a large dome over your bed.
Now,
Call in your angelic team to watch over this dome.
Just with your intention,
Call in your angelic team right now.
Just say,
Hi,
Hi angels,
Would you protect my dream space?
Allowing no one else to come into my dream space except for my animal guide.
Great work.
Some of you may want to talk with your angels.
I'll give you time to do that now.
You can ask them to hold your hands and communicate any messages they want to share with you.
Over time,
Your body will be able to see and feel your angels will increase.

We're going to set our dream in tension.
In front of you,
I want you to hold your hands out and imagine a moon right in the center of your hands.
Ask that moon to hold an image of what you want to dream about tonight.
This could be a place you want to explore in your dreams or conflicts you want to resolve or healing you'd like from your angels.
Once you're holding a moon with an image or word that you want to experience while you dream inside it,
Ask that highest power you believe in for a blessing for this dream.
You'll see a beam of light appear and hit the moon in your hand,
Making it nice,
Bright and shiny.
