Allow yourself to become still.
If desirable,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Hold it and slowly let it go.
Allowing your mind to slow down just a little bit.
On your next inhale,
Inhale peace.
And exhale all the stress out of your body.
Again,
Inhale peace.
And exhale stress.
Now,
Inhale gratitude.
And exhale frustration.
Inhale gratitude.
And exhale frustration.
Sit for a moment of calm.
Finally,
Say the following affirmation either out loud or to yourself.
Right now,
I have everything I need and I choose to be calm.
When you're ready,
Open up your eyes feeling refreshed and renewed.
Come back to this as many times as needed.
