And I welcome you to this mindfulness practice,
Guided meditation,
Crystal singing bolts.
I invite you to take a comfortable seat now,
Either sitting upright in a chair,
Lying down.
You can now close your eyes,
And let your eyelids really soften.
As we move our way down now,
You can clench your jaw,
And allow it to soften.
And as we get now down to your shoulders,
I want you to roll them down and away from you.
Really allow yourself to soften and melt to the surface below you.
And as we work our way now down to your arms and your hands,
Allow yourself to soften and to melt.
As we work our way now down to your chest and belly area,
Really start to relax.
Really start to soften and to melt.
As we work our way now down to your hip area,
I invite you to give a little rock back and forth for additional comfort.
As we move your way down to your legs and to your feet,
Allow yourself to soften and to melt into the surface below you.
Give permission for any tension within the body.
Give it permission to dissolve away at this time now.
Give yourself permission to relax now.
You are deserving and worthy of this time,
And nothing is expected of you.
We will now do three cleansing breaths,
In through our nose and out through our mouth.
And let's begin with breath one,
In through our nose,
Out through our mouth.
And out through our mouth,
Allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
Now breath two,
In through your nose and out through your mouth,
Allowing yourself to sink deeper,
Deeper into relaxation.
And now breath three,
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Allowing yourself to sink deeper,
Deeper,
Deeper into relaxation.
Now welcome normal breathing to return.
We are now in a sacred space.
In this space,
It is safe for you to relax,
It is safe for you to release,
And it is safe for you to receive,
And it is safe for you to heal,
And so it is.
So so so now come back into yourself.
So now,
While you open your eyes,
Let's do three cleansing breaths,
In through our nose,
With a long exhale.
Let's begin with breath one,
Nice deep inhale,
And let it all out.
And breath two,
In through your nose,
And let that energy out.
And last breath,
In through your nose,
And really let it out.
You can now wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
And bring yourself back into your space.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
And continue your day.
