Sound Bath For Restorative Practice

Take a time out and sink deep into a meditative state with this guided sound bath. A sacred space will be created for you once you are lead into relaxation with a head to toe body scan. You will then be showered with a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, focused on the heart, throat, third eye, and crown charkas.

My name is Seleni,

And I welcome you to this guided meditation,

Crystal Singing Bolts.

I invite you to take a comfortable seat now,

Whether sitting upright or lying down.

I now invite you to close your eyes,

And as you close your eyes,

Really allow your eyelids to soften and melt.

As you work your way down to your jaw,

I invite you to unclench it,

Allow it to soften.

And as we work our way now down to our shoulders,

I invite you to really settle in from your body and relax.

Bring your shoulders down and away from you,

Really allow them to soften and melt the surface below you.

As we get to our arms and our hands,

Really soften and melt.

And as we work our way to our chest and belly area,

Really relax now,

Soften and melt.

And as we work our way to our hips,

I invite you to give a rock back and forth to welcome additional comfort.

And as we work our way now down to your legs and your feet,

Relax even further now,

Soften and melt to the surface below you.

If you have any tension within the body,

I now invite you to give it permission to dissolve away at this time.

I also now invite you to give yourself permission to relax.

There's nothing expected of you.

You are deserving and worthy of this time,

Of this time to go inward now.

We are now going to do three cleansing breaths,

In through our nose and out through our mouth.

And let's begin with breath one,

In through our nose and out through our mouth,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And now breath two,

In through our nose and out through our mouth,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And now breath three,

In through our nose and out through our mouth,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You can now invite normal breathing to return.

You are now in a sacred space.

In this space,

It is safe for you to relax.

It is safe for you to release.

It is safe for you to receive.

And it is safe for you to heal.

And so it is.
