Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lay down.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Letting go of the outside world for a while.
Let's go on a journey together.
A journey of understanding,
Strength and self-love.
Begin by gently closing your eyes.
Let's take a few deep breaths together.
Inhale and exhale.
Feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the warm air flowing out.
Do it again.
Inhale and exhale.
Now we're slowly moved to our awareness through our body.
Start with your toes,
Feeling any sensations there,
Whether it's warmth,
Coolness or tingling.
Allow your feet to feel heavy and rooted to the ground.
Move up to your legs,
Letting them relax.
Your knees,
Tights,
Feel the weight of them,
Resting and supported.
Progress to your torso,
Your belly,
Chest,
Your back.
With every breath,
Feel your chest rise and fall like the gentle waves of the ocean.
Move your attention to your arms,
Your hands getting heavier and heavier,
Feeling them relax.
They don't have to do anything now.
Finally to your neck and head,
Letting any tension there melt away.
Your whole body is now relaxed and at peace.
Imagine a protective warm light surrounding you,
Holding you safely.
You are safe now,
In this very moment.
Now think about any hurtful words or actions that have come your way.
Remember,
These are not reflections of your worth or truth.
Often those who hurt others are dealing with their own pain,
Their own insecurities.
Imagine their words and actions as heavy stones they carry.
It's not about you.
It's about the heavy weight they bear.
You are strong,
Capable and worthy,
Just like a tree.
Even when the winds are harsh,
It stands tall,
Rooted in its strength.
Those winds can't define the tree.
They can't define you.
Picture yourself standing by a calm lake.
The water is clear,
Reflecting your true self back to you.
Dive into this lake.
Feel the cool embrace of the water.
As you swim,
The water cleanses away any doubts or hurtful words.
When you emerge,
You're refreshed,
Radiant and confident.
Every experience,
Even the painful ones,
Make you stronger.
Imagine a golden light within you,
Glowing brighter and brighter.
This light represents your unbreakable spirit,
Your unique qualities and the love and respect you deserve.
Remember,
It's okay to seek support and share your feelings.
It's even very important.
Picture a trusted person by the lake's edge.
They're waiting,
Ready to listen and support you.
Their presence reminds you that you're not alone in this journey.
Sharing your sorrows can be a powerful step towards healing and understanding.

Inhaling strength and exhaling any remaining pain or doubt.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Slowly open your eyes,
Returning to the present moment.
Carry this feeling of peace and strength with you and remember you are worthy,
