Welcome to the meditation,

The Wisdom of Boundaries.

Take a comfortable and supportive position.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Allow the breath to ground you at this moment.

Notice your natural breath by feeling the rise and fall of your chest and belly.

Deep inhale.

Feel your chest and belly expand.

I breathe out.

I breathe in.

Feel your body relax more deeply.

Now rest a moment in silence and feel your breath.

Inside you is a precious space that is just for you.

A place untouched by external noise and influences,

Where your soul is free and true.

Imagine that this space is enveloped by a soft,

Luminous membrane,

Glowing with power and grace.

This is the protective shell of your self-respect and self-worth.

Feel with each breath how this membrane becomes stronger,

How it shines more and more.

It is not a wall.

It is a filter that is permeable to love,

Kindness and understanding,

And that resists those energies that no longer serve you or that are not good for you.

Try to recognize what serves your well-being.

Recall a time when you may have allowed someone or something to cross your boundaries.

Observe how that felt.

Embrace the lessons learned from these experiences and forgive yourself for not respecting your boundaries.

Now imagine a situation where you want to make a stronger boundary,

How you can assert yourself with confidence and kindness.

May I communicate my boundaries with clarity and compassion.

May I stay grounded in my truth even when challenged.

Realize that setting boundaries doesn't mean shutting yourself out.

It means creating a safe space where genuine connections can flourish.

May my boundaries be rooted in self-love and not fear.

May I see the strength in my vulnerability and the power in my gentleness.

Now extend your compassion to others and recognize that they too have formed their boundaries through their experiences.

May others respect and honor my boundaries as I respect theirs.

May we enter a space of mutual understanding and respect.

Now return to your breath.

Relax even deeper.

Deep inhale.

Deep exhale.

Your whole body is heavy and grounded.

Breathe deeply a few more times.

Visualize the protective and nurturing boundaries you have created around yourself.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and carry this clarity and commitment with you.
