For this meditation it's more beneficial for you to be laying down so that you can fully feel,
Release,
Relax as we process whatever is going to come through the subconscious during this time.
So go ahead and find a comfy position and when you're ready settle into stillness and take three deep breaths in through the nose with an open mouth exhale.
Normalize your breathing in and out of your nose.
Relax your jaw.
Relax the muscles around your eyes.
Feel your shoulders drop down.
Release any tension from your belly.
And just notice the breath that you're taking.
How on your inhales your body expands.
And on the exhales your body contracts and releases.
Now notice the support that whatever it is you're laying on is providing you.
And try to drop just 10% more into this support.
Allowing your body to just feel really heavy.
Now go ahead and scan your body.
Just notice where you're still feeling tension.
And now you can use your breath to break up this tension by telling your breath where to go in your body.
And just imagine that your breath has the ability to break up this tension into tiny little particles.
Go ahead and do this now with any areas that need your attention.
And now imagine that there's a vacuum at your feet and this vacuum is pulling out all of those particles of tension.
And as it releases you notice your body just melts.
Now I want you to become aware of a magic carpet that's right next to you.
Go ahead and step on this magic carpet and it's gonna bring you above your home,
Above your city,
Above your state and drop you into your favorite place in nature.
It's lowering you down and you're stepping off.
And just notice what you see here.
Where are you?
Notice the sounds,
The smells.
And enjoy being in this space.
Up ahead there's a path that's leading into a forest.
Go ahead and start walking down this path.
Noticing the animals scurrying around on the forest floor,
The sun peeking through the trees,
Warming your back.
Up ahead you'll notice this massive tree with a door at the bottom of it.
Go ahead and walk up to this tree and open this door and see the stairs leading down inside.
And as you look down you can see that there's a light at the bottom.
Go ahead and start walking down these stairs towards this light.
There's about five stairs left.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And you're at the bottom and you're in this room filled with all of your favorite things.
Just go ahead and take a look around and notice what you see here.
It's like this room was created specifically for you,
Making you feel so at peace,
So at home here.
Know that at any point in time during this journey you can come back to this space just by saying I want to go back to the room and you will be taken here.
Now you're gonna notice that there's a door in the corner of this room and behind this door is a corridor of more doors.
And behind those doors are versions of you that are ready to be healed and need your attention and love right now.
So when you're ready to do this work,
Go ahead and open that door in the corner into the corridor of doors and you're gonna be looking for the door that has a red light shining out through the bottom of it.
You may just see one,
You may see multiple.
Go ahead and choose whatever one feels right.
And whenever you're ready you can open up this door and as you walk inside you're gonna allow the scene to unfold in front of you,
Noticing if there's a past version of you here.
What is this version of you trying to tell you?
What healing does it need?
Use this time to be the adult,
The loving adult that you needed.
Be that for yourself now,
Here in this space.
And when you're ready,
Go ahead and give this version of you a big hug.
Tell them how much you love them and that you're here to support them and to be the person that they need you to be.
And when this feels complete you can go ahead and head back to the corridor of doors.
Notice if there's any other doors here that have that red light shining through at the bottom.
If you don't see one,
That's okay.
Your subconscious mind is ready to be done with this work.
But if you do see another red light,
Go ahead and go over to that door and walk in whenever you're ready,
Allowing the scene to unfold,
Allowing this version of you to present themselves to you.
And this is your opportunity to be what you needed when this moment happened in your life.
Be the adult that you needed.
When you feel like this healing is complete,
Go ahead and give this version of you a big hug.
Tell them how much you love them and how you are going to be the person that they need you to be.
You will take care of them.
And when you're ready,
Go ahead and head back to the corridor of doors.
And notice if there's another red door.
If there's not,
That's okay.
Your healing at this moment is done.
And you can come out of this meditation.
But if you do see another door,
You can go ahead and go over to that door now.
You'll be doing the same work in this space.
So whenever you're ready,
You can go ahead and open the door,
Walk in,
And do your healing work.
When you feel like this healing is complete,
Go ahead and say your goodbyes.
And make your way back to the corridor of doors.
And at the end of this corridor,
You will see this big golden door.
Go ahead and walk through this door.
And it's going to transport you to this dark night,
Moonlit space with a healing pool and just beautiful nature all around you.
Go ahead and dive into this pool,
Allowing its healing energy to integrate everything that you have just gone through.
All of the healings,
All of the energetic shifts.
This pool kind of just ties it all together and brings you peace.
Stay here for as long as you'd like.
When you're ready to come up,
Just wiggle your fingers and toes.
