Go ahead and find a comfortable position.
You could be seated or laying down.
We're going to start with three deep breaths in through the nose with an open mouth exhale.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
Last one.
Normalize your breathing in and out of your nose.
Relax your jaw.
Relax the muscles around your eyes.
Feel your shoulders drop down.
Release any tension from your belly.
Feel yourself start to settle into this space.
See if you can notice the feeling of support that you feel with whatever you're sitting or laying on.
Try to drop into this support like 10% more.
Allowing your body to soften just a little bit more.
We're going to set the intention that whatever energies you've picked up throughout your day,
Your week,
Your month,
Your years,
It's going to be released now.
Whatever energies do not belong to you are being released.
Notice your body soften even more.
Now we're going to ask that if any parts of you have been left behind and need to be called back now,
We're calling them back.
You're bringing all these aspects of you that you might have left behind back into your being now.
Now you can imagine that there's roots coming out of your feet.
These roots go through the floor,
Through the earth,
Through the earth layers,
Into the center of the earth where there's this very warm,
Golden energy.
This energy starts to come up the roots,
Traveling all the way up all those layers,
Soon reaching your feet.
This energy enters into your feet,
Comes up your ankles,
Up your legs,
Around your kneecap or your thighs,
Up your butt region,
Up your back,
Up your abdomen,
Up your chest,
Up your upper back,
All the way up to your neck,
And then it starts flowing down your arms,
Over your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Around your elbow,
Around your forearm,
Through your wrists,
Into your hands,
Down your fingers,
And then the energy starts to go up your neck,
Over your face,
Over the back of your head,
Filling you up all the way to the ground.
You are completely sealed in this golden energy.
It's bringing you a sense of peace and groundedness.
This energy is working to heal whatever it is that your body needs.
It's working to release all the things that you want to let go of,
That has been hard to let go of.
Dissolving,
Shifting,
Healing,
Doing whatever it needs to do.
Notice the feeling that this energy is giving you.
Now we're going to invite in energy from the stars above through our crown chakra,
So you may notice the top of your head starts to tingle as this beautiful white light starts to pour in through the top of your head,
Coming over your face,
The back of your head,
Down your neck,
Across both shoulders,
Down both arms,
Around both elbows,
Forearms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
And this energy starts to go over your chest,
Over the upper back,
Over your belly,
Your low back,
Over your pelvic region,
Down your legs,
Over your knees,
Down your lower legs,
Your ankles,
Your feet and your toes.
Now you are all filled up with this beautiful white light and this light too is bringing you whatever healing energy your body needs.
As you allow this energy to do the work for you,
Just notice your breath.
Notice how your body expands when you inhale and it kind of contracts and releases when you exhale.
Your body is just doing this natural process for you bringing in fresh energy with each breath and releasing what you don't need with each exhale.
You can come back to this feeling as many times as you need throughout your day.
This energy will go with you and continue to work on you once you get up and leave this meditation.
Stay in this as long as you'd like and come back when you're ready by wiggling your fingers and toes and slowly starting to come back.
